इंडियन पब्लिक स्कूल झाझरा में विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के दो दिवसीय शैक्षिक चिंतन शिविर का शुभारंभ करते हुए सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सरकारी स्कूलों में घटती छात्र संख्या पर चिंता जताते हुए कहा कि छात्र संख्या बढ़ाने की चुनौती व गुणात्मक शिक्षा के उपायों पर इस शिविर में गहनता से मंथन किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकारी स्कूलों में छात्र संख्या घटने के कारणों व इसको बढ़ाने के लिए गहनता से ध्यान देने की जरूरत है।
उत्तराखंड नई शिक्षा नीति को लागू करने वाला देश का पहला राज्य बनेगा। यह कहना है मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का। उन्होंने यह बात इंडियन पब्लिक स्कूल झाझरा में विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के दो दिवसीय शैक्षिक चिंतन शिविर के शुभारंभ अवसर पर कही। इस दौरान सीएम ने ब्लॉक स्तरीय अधिकारियों को स्कूलों के निरीक्षण के लिए वाहन या फिर मासिक रूप से धनराशि उपलब्ध कराने की घोषणा की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सरकारी स्कूलों में घटती छात्र संख्या पर चिंता जताते हुए कहा कि छात्र संख्या बढ़ाने की चुनौती व गुणात्मक शिक्षा के उपायों पर इस शिविर में गहनता से मंथन किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकारी स्कूलों में छात्र संख्या घटने के कारणों व इसको बढ़ाने के लिए गहनता से ध्यान देने की जरूरत है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 का लक्ष्य विद्यालयी शिक्षा के सभी स्तरों पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करते हुए श्रेष्ठ मानव का निर्माण करना है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नौ नवंबर 2025 को उत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना की रजत जयंती मनाएगा। शिक्षा विभाग तब तक बेस्ट प्रैक्टिस के तहत क्या कर सकता है, इस पर आज से ही ध्यान देना होगा।
10 जुलाई तक पांच हजार स्कूलों में शुरू होगी बालवाटिका:
शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि शिक्षा के गुणात्मक सुधार के लिए राज्य में यह पहला शैक्षिक चिंतन शिविर आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इसके बाद प्राचार्यों, शिक्षकों एवं अभिभावकों को भी इस तरह के शैक्षिक चिंतन शिविर में बुलाया जाएगा। इस तरह के शैक्षिक चिंतन शिविरों के आयोजन से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में आगे का रोडमैप तैयार होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत 30 छात्रों पर एक टीचर का होना जरूरी है। उत्तराखंड में अभी 15 छात्रों पर एक टीचर है। नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति को लागू करने वाला उत्तराखंड पहला राज्य बनने जा रहा है। नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत 10 जुलाई तक पांच हजार स्कूलों में बालवाटिका शुरू होगी। इसका शुभारंभ मुख्यमंत्री करेंगे।
जिला व ब्लॉक स्तर पर सांसद, विधायक व अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि इसका शुभारंभ करेंगे। इसके अलावा राज्य में विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र एक साल में बनकर तैयार हो जाएंगे। इसके लिए केंद्र सरकार की ओर से पांच करोड़ रुपये मंजूर किए गए हैं। वहीं 23 हजार शिक्षण संस्थानों को नशा मुक्त बनाया जाएगा। इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री ने बालवाटिका पुस्तक एवं शिक्षा विभाग की मार्गदर्शिका के साथ ही पुस्तक ‘निपुण भारत’ एवं ‘सामान्य ज्ञान एक पहल’का विमोचन किया। कार्यक्रम में विधायक सहदेव सिंह पुंडीर, पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद श्री आरके सिन्हा, सचिव शिक्षा रविनाथ रमन, महानिदेशक शिक्षा बंशीधर तिवारी, शिक्षा निदेशक आरके कुंवर, निदेशक सीमा जौनसारी आदि मौजूद रहे।
