जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, उत्तरकाशी। टिहरी और नैनीताल जिले के कोषागारों में करोड़ों रुपये के गबन के मामले उजागर आने के बाद अब जिले में गबन का मामला सामने आया है। उत्तरकाशी के सदर कोषागार में भी 42 लाख से अधिक का घपला पकड़ा गया है। यहां एक महिला पूर्व पीआरडी कर्मी सहित कोषागार के तीन कर्मचारियों ने इस घपले को अंजाम दिया है। सहायक कोषाधिकारी की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने तीनों के खिलाफ थाना कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। खास बात यह है कि अभी तक उजागर हुए सभी मामलों में गबन एक ही तरीके में किया गया है, जिससे राज्य के अन्य कोषागारों में भी गड़बड़ी की आशंका व्यक्त की जा रही है।

उत्तरकाशी के कोतवाल राजीव रौथाण ने बताया कि  सहायक कोषाधिकारी बृजेंद्र लाल ने तीन कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ सरकारी धन का गबन करने के संबंध में दी गई तहरीर के आधार पर पूर्व पीआरडी कार्मिक सदर कोषागार आरती निवासी ल्वारखा जौनपुर टिहरी, सहायक लेखाकार महावीर नेगी, उप कोषागार डुंडा में तैनात सहायक कोषाधिकारी धर्मेंद्र शाह के खिलाफ गबन और धोखाधड़ी से संबंधित विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।

आरोपी आरती के खाते में लगभग 25 लाख, महावीर नेगी के 5.80 लाख और धर्मेंद्र शाह के खाते में 12.70 लाख जमा हुए थे, जो कि मृतक पेंशनरों के थे। बताया जा रहा है कि आरोपी उन मृतक पेंशनरों की पेंशन अपने खाते में डालते थे, जो पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ ले रहे थे या जिनकी पेंशन का कोई दावा नही करता था। यहां भी कोषागार टिहरी और नरेन्द्रनगर की भांति आरोपी ऐसे मृतक पेंशनरों को जीवित दर्शाकर उनकी पेंशन अपने खातों में ट्रांसफर करते थे।

मामले का खुलासा होने पर तीनों आरोपियों ने गबन की धनराशि जमा करा दी है। नैनीताल और टिहरी के उप कोषागारों के बाद उत्तरकाशी कोषागार में गबन का मामला प्रकाश में आने से राज्य के अन्य कोषागारों में अनियमितता के बड़े मामले खुलने की संभावना है। अभी तक गबन के जो भी मामले खुले हैं उनमें गड़बड़ी एक जी तरीके से की गई है।
