जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, देहरादून। नियमितीकरण की मांग को लेकर लोक निर्माण विभाग में संविदा पर तैनात कनिष्ठ अभियंताओं ने आक्रोश रैली निकालते हुए विधानसभा कूच किया। पुलिस ने रिस्पना पुल के पास ही इंजीनियरों को रोक लिया। मांगें पूरी न होने पर इंजीनियरों ने आत्मदाह करने की चेतावनी दी।
मंगलवार को नेहरू कॉलोनी स्थित फव्वारा चौक में एकत्र होकर पीडब्ल्यूडी संविदा इंजीनियर विधानसभा कूच के लिए निकले। पुलिस की ओर से रोके जाने पर इंजीनियरों ने नाराजगी जताई। अभियंताओं ने कहा की बीते शुक्रवार को विधानसभा सत्र में नेता प्रतिपक्ष प्रीतम सिंह ने नियमितीकरण की बात उठाई थी।
कहा कि तब तो सरकार की ओर से एक साल पहले ही संविदा इंजीनियरों का वेतन बढ़ाने की बात कही। जबकि, बढ़ा वेतन नहीं मिला है। अभियंताओं ने कहा कि यदि सरकार अभी भी उनकी मांगों पर सकारात्मक कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो सीएम कार्यालय के समक्ष भूख हड़ताल करेंगे।
