जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, देहरादून/पौड़ी/चंपावत। उत्तराखण्ड में रविवार से लगातार हो रही बारिश आज दूसरे दिन भी लगातार जारी रही। दूसरे दिन बारिश के साथ पहाड़ों में हूती बर्फबारी ने जहां एकाएक ठंडक बढ़ा दी है। वहीं स्थानीय लोगों के लिए खासी परेशानी खड़ी हो गई है। लगातार बारिश के चलते कई इलाकों में भूस्खलन की भी खबरें आ रही हैं।
चंपावत में माँ-बेटे की मकान में दबने से मौत हो गई, तो पौड़ी जिले में 3 मजदूरों की मलबे में दबने से मौत हो गई। जबकि चंपावत में ही देवदार के 5 पेड़ गिरने से 3 दुकानें टूट गई।
मकान गिरने से माँ-बेटे की मौत
चंपावत में भूस्खलन की चपेट में एक मकान आ गया। मकान के मलबे में दबने से मकान के अंदर मौजूद मां-बेटे की मौत हो गई है।
भूस्खलन के बाद रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया गया लेकिन जब दोनों तक बचाव दल पहुंचा तो माँ-बेटा ने दम तोड़ दिया था। चंपावत के सेलाखोला गांव में हुए इस हादसे में मृतक महिला और युवक की पहचान भी कर ली गई है। बताया जा रहा है कि महिला का नाम कलावती व उसके बेटे का राहुल है।
मलवा गिरने से 2 महिलाओं व 1 बच्ची की मौत
पौड़ी के लैंसडौन से करीब 10 किमी. दूर समखाल के पास होटल निर्माण में लगे मजदूरों के टेंट में पहाड़ी से भारी मलबा आ गया। हादसे में दो महिलाओं और एक बच्ची की मौत हो गई। जबकि, दो गंभीर घायल हैं। लैंसडौन कोतवाली प्रभारी संतोष कुंवर ने बताया कि मृतकों की शिनाख्त समूना (50) पत्नी नियाज, सपना (40) पत्नी लिंगडा और अबीसा (5) पुत्री सपना के रूप में हुई है। जबकि, नियाज पुत्र मुमताज और राबिया पुत्री नियाज घायल हैं।
देवदार के 5 पेड़ गिरे 3 दुकानें टूटीं
चंपावत नगर की मीट मंडी में भारी बारिश और हवा के कारण 5 भारी भरकम देवदार के पेड़ गिर गए। लगातार एक के बाद एक पेड़ गिरने के कारण मीट मंडी में भगदड़ मच गई। इस दौरान तीन दुकानें क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई हैं। मीट मंडी में व्यापारियों ने भागकर किसी तरह अपनी जान बचाई। हादसे में एक वाहन क्षतिग्रस्त होने से बाल-बाल बच गया। मीट व्यापारी जहीर कुरैसी, गंगा नाथ, सैफी आदि ने बताया कि हर वक्त खतरा बना हुआ है। व्यापारियों ने बताया कि मीट मंडी के पास कई पेड़ खतरे की जद में आ गए हैं। जिन्हें हटाना जरुरी है।
