जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। उत्तराखंड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स संघ, पेयजल निगम के दोबारा निर्विरोध प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष और अजय बेलवाल प्रांतीय महासचिव चुने गए। जबकि रमेश कंसवाल को कोषाध्यक्ष चुना गया है।

उत्तराखंड पेयजल निगम डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स संघ, पेयजल निगम का अधिवेशन शनिवार को सम्पन्न हुआ। इस दौरान संघ की मांगों पर चर्चा के साथ ही प्रांतीय कार्यकारिणी के चुनाव भी संपन्न हुए। निर्विरोध चुनाव में रामकुमार को दोबारा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के पद पर रामकुमार और अजय बेलवाल प्रदेश महासचिव निर्वाचित हुए।

इसके अलावा अनूप भंडारी को उपाध्यक्ष, दिनेश दवाण को प्रसार सचिव, प्रमोद कोठियाल को सचिव, इंदु उनियाल को संगठन सचिव, प्रवीण राज को लेखा परीक्षक, योगेश जंगपांगी को क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष गढ़वाल, जितेंद्र सिंह रावत को सचिव गढ़वाल, भुवन जोशी को क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष कुमाऊं, यतेंद्र सिंह रावत को क्षेत्रीय सचिव कुमाऊं, बिजेंद्र सुयाल और प्रकाश जोशी को प्रांतीय सचिव, कर्ण सिंह और देवेंद्र आर्य को क्षेत्रीय उपाध्यक्ष चुना गया।

इससे पूर्व अधिवेशन में संघ पदाधिकारियों ने मुख्य अतिथि को मांग पत्र सौम्य कर इंजीनियरों की लंबित मांगों पर जल्द कार्रवाई की मांग की। मुख्य अतिथि पेयजल मंत्री बिशन सिंह चुफाल ने इंजीनियरों की मांगों पर सकारात्मक कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया। उन्होंने इंजीनियरों की मांग पर कहा कि जल्द ट्रेजरी से वेतन दिए जाने की व्यवस्था को लागू किया जाएगा। मंत्री ने कहा कि 15 दिसम्बर तक इंजीनियरों की लगभग सभी मांगों को पूरा करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। हर माह कार्मिकों को वेतन से नहीं जूझना पड़े, इसके लिए ट्रेजरी से वेतन भुगतान की प्रकिया अंतिम दौर में चल रही है।

पेयजल निगम और जल संस्थान के एकीकरण और राजकीयकरण को लेकर मंत्री चुफाल ने कहा कि इसके लिए दूसरे राज्यों से भी जानकारी हासिल की जा रही है। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि कोई भी अपयश का भागीदार नहीं बनना चाहेगा। यश का भागीदार बनने के लिए वह हर सम्भव प्रयास करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि राजकीयकरण भाजपा सरकार में हो, इसके लिए शासन को त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
