लेकिन दुखद है कि किशोर इस लड़ाई और लोगों के हितों को कमजोर करने के लिए भाजपा और अन्य राजनीतिक दलों के साथ मिलनसार हैं। पत्र में कहा गया है कि किशोर उपाध्याय को व्यक्तिगत रूप से कई चेतावनियां देने के बावजूद, उनकी पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियां थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं, जिसके चलते किशोर उपाध्याय को पार्टी के सभी पदों से हटाया जाता है।
