जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। आज उत्तराखंड कैबिनेट की बैठक हुई, जिसमें उपनल कर्मियों और आशा कार्यकत्रियों के वेतन वृद्धि समेत कुल 29 प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई है। कैबिनेट में लिए गए निर्णयों की जानकारी शासकीय प्रवक्ता एवं कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने दी है।
10 साल से नौकरी कर रहे उपनलकर्मियों का वेतन 2000 और उससे ज्यादा समय से नौकरी कर रहे उपनल कर्मचारियों का वेतन 3000 बढ़ेगा। साथ ही अब निश्चित सालाना इन्क्रीमेन्ट भी मिलेगा।
इसके अलावा आशाकार्यत्रियों के मानदेय 1000. और प्रोत्साहन राशि 500 बढ़ाने का फैसला किया गया है। इस तरह अब आशा वर्करों को 6500 मासिक मानदेय मिलेगा।
कैबिनेट में लिए गए ये निर्णय भी
■ सरकारी सस्ता गल्ला विक्रेताओं के भाड़े का भुगतान तत्काल किया जाएगा।
■ सीएम की घोषणा के तहत सोमेश्वर अस्पताल को 100 बेड के अस्पताल के तौर ओर बढ़ाया जाएगा।
■ विधायक निधि से प्रशासनिक मद में कन्टेंजेसी को 2 फीसदी से 1 फीसदी कर दिया गया है।
■ उत्तराखंड मोटरवाहन कराधान में संशोधन किया गया, जिसके तहत सूबे में वाहनों पर यूपी की तरह टैक्स लगेगा, दूसरे राज्य के वाहनों को यहां आने पर अब ज्यादा टैक्स देना होगा।
■ खरीफ सत्र के लिए धान की खरीद नीति तय की गई है। कॉमन धान का मूल्य 1940 और ग्रेड ए धान का मूल्य 1960 रुपये तय की गयी।
■ चमोली के जोशीमठ में तोक की जमीन का म्युटेशन आईटीबीपी को होगा।
■ ग्राम प्रधानों का मानदेय 1500 से बढ़कर 3500 रुपये कर दिया गया।
■ प्रदेश में 500 पंचायत भवनों को बनाने के लिए 20 करोड़ की मंजूरी मिली।
■ राज्य आपदा एवं पुनर्वास विभाग में 331 पदों को बढ़ाकर 333 किया गया है, अनुपयोगी पदों को हटाकर नए पद सृजित किए गए हैं।
■ सरकारी स्कूलों में 10वीं-12वीं और डिग्री कॉलेज के 3 लाख छात्रों को टेबलेट दिया जाएगा, जिसके तहत माध्यमिक में 1 लाख 59 हज़ार 15 और उच्च शिक्षा में 1 लाख 5 हजार छात्र-छात्राओं को टेबलेट दिए जाएंगे।
■ हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर अधीनस्थ न्यायालयों में आशुलिपिक/ स्टेनोग्राफर के 65 पद आउटसोर्स से भरे जाएंगे, जिन पर 1.90 करोड़ का सालाना खर्च होगा. वहीं, वैयक्तिक सहायक के 65 पद भी भरे जाएंगे।
■ अधीनस्थ न्यायालय में कार्यरत अधिकारियों के घरों में काम के लिए 246 आउटसोर्सिंग भर्ती होंगे।
■ स्वास्थ्य विभाग की स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता एवं स्वास्थ्य पर्यवेक्षक नियमावली का प्रख्यापन होगा।
■ दून मेडिकल कॉलेज की बर्न यूनिट के लिए 35 अस्थायी पदों पर भर्ती होगी।
■ यूजीसी 2018 के तहत करियर एडवांसमेंट योजना के संशोधन को पारित किया गया।
■ चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग की दो सेवा नियमावलियों पर मुहर लगी।
■ गलवानिया इस्पात उद्योग का 1 करोड़ 13 लाख 97 हजार का बिजली विलंब शुल्क माफ किया गया।
■ औद्योगिक विकास, संरचनात्मक ढांचे में बदलाव किया गया।
■ भारत सरकार की वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट वन प्रोडक्ट के आधार पर प्रदेश में वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट टू उत्पाद योजना पर मुहर लगी, इसके लिए क्लस्टर बनाया जाएगा। राज्य में एमएसएमई के तहत यह योजना लांच होगी।
