जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। उत्तराखण्ड में पांचवीं विधानसभा गठन के लिए आज गुरुवार सुबह 8 बजे से कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बीच मतगणना प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई। राज्य में विधानसभा चुनाव को 14 फरवरी को मतदान के बाद शुरू हुआ रिजल्ट का इंतजार खत्म हो गया है। आज सुबह 10 बजे तक तस्वीर काफी कुछ सामने आ जाएगी। साथ ही यह भी देखने को मिलेगा कि सरकार बनाने के दावे किस पार्टी का कितना दावा सही है।
राज्य में काउंटिंग प्रकिया सीसीटीवी की निगरानी में अर्द्ध सैनिक बलों की सुरक्षा के साए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीन (ईवीएम) को काउंटिंग टेबल पर लगाया गया है। आज सबसे पहले निवर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के चुनाव परिणाम सामने आयेगा। उनकी विधानसभा क्षेत्र खटीमा सहित सितारगंज में सबसे कम 10-10 चक्रों में मतगणना की जा रही है।
राज्य के 70 विधानसभा क्षेत्र की मतगणना सम्बंधित जिला मुख्यालय पर हो रही है। जहां कुल 632 प्रत्याशियों के भाग्य का फैसला लगभग तीन बजे तक हो जाएगा। इनमें चंपावत जिले को छोड़कर, अन्य 12 जनपद मुख्यालय के एक ही स्थान पर मतों की गिनती हो रही है, जबकि चंपावत में दो स्थानों पर मतगणना की जा रही है।
उत्तरकाशी जिले में गंगोत्री ( 15 राउंड), चमोली जिले में कर्णप्रयाग (13 राउंड), रुद्रप्रयाग जिले में केदारनाथ (13 राउंड), टिहरी जिले में देवप्रयाग, प्रतापनगर तथा टिहरी (11-11 राउंड), देहरादून जिले में विकासनगर, राजपुर रोड तथा देहरादून कैंट क्रमशः (11-11 राउंड), हरिद्वार जिले में झबरेड़ा और हरिद्वार ग्रामीण (12-12 राउंड), पौड़ी जिले में कोटद्वार (11 राउंड), पिथौरागढ़ में डीडीहाट, पिथौरागढ़ और गंगोलीहाट (11-11 राउंड) की मतगणना होनी है।
इसके अलावा बागेश्वर जिले में दोनों सीटों पर लगभग एक साथ, अल्मोड़ा जिले में सल्ट और रानीखेत (सभी में 12-12 राउंड), चंपावत जिले में चंपावत (13 राउंड), नैनीताल जिले में लालकुआं, भीमताल व रामनगर (सभी में 11-11 राउंड) और ऊधमसिंह नगर जिले में सितारगंज तथा खटीमा (सभी में 10-10 राउंड) के नतीजे सबसे पहले जारी होंगे। इन सभी सीटों पर अन्य के मुकाबले सबसे कम राउंड में काउंटिंग होना है।
बता दें कि उत्तराखंड में कुल 11697 पोलिंग बूथों पर मतदान हुआ था।विधानसभा चुनाव में इस बार 81 लाख 72 हजार 173 में से 53 लाख 42 हजार 462 मतदाताओं ने मतदान किया था। यह 65.37 प्रतिशत है, जबकि 2017 में प्रदेश में 65.56 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ था। सर्वाधिक मतदान के मामले में हरिद्वार जिला 74.77 प्रतिशत के साथ शीर्ष पर था।
