– बिजली के निजीकरण से कार्मिकों का नहीं किसानों और आम जनता को होगा भारी नुकसान, महंगी होंगी बिजली, समाप्त होंगी सब्सिडियां
जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। उत्तराखंड विद्युत अधिकारी कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष मोर्चा के बैनर तले सोमवार को यूपीसीएल मुख्यालय समेत पूरे प्रदेश में ऊर्जा के तीनों निगमों के करीब 8000 कार्मिको ने केंद्र सरकार द्वारा प्रस्तावित “इलेक्ट्रीशिटी अमेन्डमेंट बिल- 2022” के खिलाफ सांकेतिक धरना देकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान कर्मचारी नेताओं ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा बिजली निगमों को कुछ चुनिंदा उद्योगपतियों को बेचे जाने की नीयत से ये अमेंडमेंट बिल लाया जा रहा है, जिसे जनहित और कर्मचारी हित में वापस नहीं लिया गया तो उत्तराखंड समेत पूरे देश में बड़े स्तर पर आंदोलन शुरु किया जाएगा।
ऊर्जा भवन देहरादून में आयोजित सभा को संबोधित करते हुए संयुक्त संघर्ष मोर्चा के सह संयोजक अमित रंजन ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि इस अमेंडमेंट बिल को केन्द्र सरकार अपने कुछ उद्योगपतियों के दबाव में कार्मिकों और उपभोक्तओं के हितों के विपरीत जबदस्ती पास कराने में आमदा है, जिसे बिजली का एक भी कार्मिक किसी भी सूरत में बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि बिजली के निजीकरण के इस बिल के आने से उपभोक्ताओं को जहां मंहगी बिजली मिलेगी वहीं कार्मिकों का उत्पीड़न भी शुरू हो जायेगा।
बिजली निगमों को औने-पौने दामों में नहीं बिकने देंगे
कर्मचारी नेताओं ने कहा कि केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार मिलकर बिजली निगमों को घाटे की ओर ले जाने की साजिश रच रही है, ताकि करीबी औद्योगिक संस्थानों को औने-पौने दामों में बेचा जा सके। निगमों द्वारा नये बिजली घर, नयी लाईने तैयार कर एकदम वेल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर खड़ा कर बेचने की तैयारी है, जिसे बिजली कार्मिक किसी भी स्थिति में बिकने नहीं देगा। यदि केंद्र सरकार इस अमेंडमेंट को बिजली कर्मचारियों पर जबरदस्ती थोपने का प्रयास करेगी तो उत्तराखंड सहित देश के सभी राज्यों के बिजली कर्मचारी हड़ताल पर चले जायेंगे। आंदोलन में संयुक्त मोर्चे के विभिन्न घटक संगठनों, एसोसिएशनों के वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों और सदस्यों ने प्रतिभाग किया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता वरिष्ठ अभियंता एनएस बिष्ट और संचालन पवन रावत ने किया।

उधर, बिजली संशोधन एक्ट 2022 का पूरे देश के कार्मिकों द्वारा विरोध जारी है। सोमवार को इस अधिनियम को संसद में पारित होना था, लेकिन देश मे संशोधन के भारी विरोध के चलते केंद्र सरकार अमेंडमेंट बिल को लोकसभा में पारित नहीं करा पाई। ऊर्जा मंत्री आरके सिंह ने बिजली संगठनों की मांग पर बिल को चर्चा के लिए स्टैंडिंग कमेटी को रैफर कर दिया है। अब कार्मिकों का भी पक्ष सुना जा सकेगा।
