जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। विधानसभा चुनाव की मतगणना में दोपहर तक आये नतीजों और रूझानों में भाजपा एक बार फिर यूपी और उत्तराखण्ड में सरकार बनाती नजर आ रही है। उत्तर प्रदेश में भाजपा प्रचण्ड बहुमत की ओर बढ़ रही है तो वहीं उत्तराखण्ड में भी भाजपा ने बहुमत के आंकड़े से अधिक सीटो पर बढ़त बनाई है। उत्तराखंड में  भाजपा 70 में से 48 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है, जबकि कांग्रेस 19 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। तीन सीटों पर निर्दलीय बढ़त बनाए हुए है। पंजाब में अरविंद केजरीवाल की पार्टी आम आदमी पार्टी जीत की ओर है। पंजाब में एएपी 93 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। आप पार्टी ने पंजाब में भाजपा-कांग्रेस के दिग्गजों को पराजित करके नया आयाम स्थापित किया है।

प्रदेश की करीब 48 सीटों पर भाजपा को बढ़त मिल रही है। उत्तराखण्ड में एक बार फिर मोदी मैजिक देखने को मिला है। मोदी की आंधी ने उत्तराखंड में कांग्रेस के सियासी मैनेजमेंट को बुरी तरह ध्वस्त कर दिया। राज्य की 70 विधानसभा सीटों के आये रूझानों में भाजपा ने बहुमत का आंकड़े से अधिक सीटों पर बढ़त बना ली है।

वीरवार को प्रातः शुरू हुई मतगणना के शुरूआती रूझानों में ही भाजपा को बढ़त मिलने लगी थी बढ़त का यह दोपहर बाद तक जारी रहा। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत के दावे के उलट प्रदेश में कांग्रेस को एक बार फिर हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।भाजपा को मिली जीत से जहां भाजपा में जश्न का माहौल है वहीं कई सीटों के कांग्रेसी दोपहर तक मतगणना स्थलों से खिसकते नजर आये। प्रदेश में भाजपा की जीत को पीएम मोदी फैक्टर की जीत माना जा रहा है।

भाजपा ने सत्ता में वापसी के लिए इस बार पूरी ताकत झोंक दी थी। पीएम नरेन्द्र मोदी की जनसभाओं के साथ साथ प्रदेश में कई स्टार प्रचारकों को भी मैदान में उतारा गया था, दूसरी तरफ कांग्रेस हरीश रावत ने भी प्रियंका गांधी और राहुल गांधी सहित कई वरिष्ठ नेताओं को प्रचार में लगाया था। प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की ओर से चुनाव संचालन की कमान खुद हरीश रावत ने संभाल रखी थी, लेकिन हरीश रावत कांग्रेस का डंका बजाना तो दूर खुद अपनी ही सीट नहीं बचा पाये।

दोपहर बाद तक चुनावी रूझानों में भाजपा 48 सीटों पर आगे, 19 पर कांग्रेस और तीन सीटों पर निर्दलीयों को बढ़त मिल रही थी। लालकुआं सीट से पूर्व सीएम हरीश रावत हार गए हैं। भाजपा के मोहन सिंह बिष्ट ने उन्हें 14 हजार वोटों से हराया है। वहीं, उनकी बेटी अनुपमा ने हरिद्वार ग्रामीण विधानसभा सीट जीत दर्ज की।

आज जैसे-जैसे मतगणना के नतीजे आये वैसे वैसे भाजपा को बढ़त मिलती गयी। समाचार लिखने तक कई सीटों पर परिणाम आ चुके थे जबकि कई सीटों पर मतगणना जारी थी, रूझानों में मुताबिक भाजपा बहुमत के आंकड़े से अध्कि सीटों पर बढ़त बनाये हुए थी। उध्म सिंह नगर की खटीमा सीट पर इसबार सबकी निगाहें टिकी थी। इस सीट पर खुद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी चुनाव मैदान मे थे। यहां भाजपा कांग्रेस के बीच रोमांचक मुकाबला हुआ। कभी इस सीट पर धामी आगे थे तो कभी कांग्रेस के भुवन कापड़ी को बढ़त मिली। अंततः इस सीट पर भुवन कापड़ी ने सीएम को हराकर जीत का परचम लहराया।

वहीं सितारगंज सीट पर सौरभ बहुगुणा ने कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी नवतेज पाल सिंह को दूसरी बार जीत दर्ज की। सौरभ बहुगुणा ने नवतेज को करीब 11 हजार वोटों से हराया। किच्छा सीट पर दो बार के विधायक राजेश शुक्ला सीट नहीं बचा पाये। उन्हें कांग्रेस के पूर्व मंत्री तिलकराज बेहड़ ने करीब 9 हजार वोटों से हराया। रूद्रपुर में शिव अरोरा करीब आठ हजार वोटों से आगे चल रहे थे। मीना शर्मा दूसरे और निर्दलीय राजकुमार ठुकराल तीसरे नंबर पर बने हुए थे। गदरपुर में भाजपा के अरविंद पाण्डे ने 4275 वोटों से कांग्रेस के प्रेमानंद महाजन को हराकर एक बार फिर जीत दर्ज की।

उधर, हल्द्वानी सीट पर कांग्रेस के सुमित हृदयेश 13 हजार वोटों से आगे थे। कालाढुंगी सीट पर भाजपा के वंशीध्र भगत एक पिफर जीत की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। रामनगर सीट पर भाजपा के दिवान सिंह बिष्ट आगे चल रहे थे। भीमताल सीट पर भाजपा के राम सिंह कैड़ा बढ़त बनाये हुए थे। खानपुर से निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी एवं पत्राकार उमेश कुमार भाजपा प्रत्याशी कुंवरानी देवयानी से आगे चल रहे थे। वहीं यमुनोत्राी सीट पर निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी संजय डोभाल भी सबसे आगे चल रहे थे।
