– कांग्रेस छोड़ भाजपा में आई सरिता आर्य बोली, नैनीताल सीट से टिकट से कम कुछ नहीं
जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। नैनीताल से पूर्व विधायक और महिला कांग्रेस की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सरिता आर्य भाजपा में शामिल हो गईं हैं। भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मदन कौशिक ने उन्हें पार्टी मुख्यालय में सदस्यता दिलवाई। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर धामी भी मौजूद रहे।
सरिता आर्य के साथ ही कांग्रेस महिला प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष रेखा बोरा गुप्ता और वंदना गुप्ता भी भाजपा में शामिल हो गईं। इससे पहले सरिता आर्य ने बगावती तेवर दिखाते हुए कांग्रेस भवन में साफ तौर पर कहा था-अभी तो मैं कांग्रेस में हूं, आगे का पता नहीं। लोकतंत्र है, हर कोई स्वतंत्र है। भाजपा टिकट देगी तो वह वहां चली जाएंगी।
उत्तराखंड महिला कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सरिता आर्य पहुंची बीजेपी प्रदेश कार्यालय में पहुंची। बीजेपी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मदन कौशिक ने सरिता आर्य का स्वागत किया।
पूर्व में भी सरिता आर्य कर चुकी है भाजपा प्रदेश चुनाव प्रभारी प्रह्लाद जोशी से मुलाकात। सरिता भाजपा ज्वाइन करने और नैनीताल से टिकट देने की मांग कर रही थी।
कांग्रेस प्रदेश मुख्यालय में खड़े होकर दबंगई से बोली थी सरिता आर्य कि बीजेपी टिकट देगी तो जरूर जाऊंगी।
बता दें कि भाजपा के मंत्री यशपाल आर्य व पुत्र संजीव आर्य के बीजेपी से कांग्रेस में आने के बाद से सरिता आर्य कॉंग्रेस से नाराज चल रही थी। सरिता 7 साल से महिला कांग्रेस की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष हैं। वह 2017 में कांग्रेस छोड़ बीजेपी में गए संजीव आर्य से चुनाव हार गई थी।
