जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, रुड़की। उत्तराखंड में भी खतरनाक स्थानों पर युवाओं द्वारा सेल्फी लेने का शौक महंगा साबित होता जा रहा है। कहीं युवा काल के गाल में समा रहे हैं, तो कहीं इसके बड़े दुष्परिणाम सामने आ रहे हैं। ताजा मामला आज गंगनहर का है जहां चार युवक सेल्फी लेने के दौरान एक बड़ी दुर्घटना का शिकार हो गए, जिनमें दो गंगनहर में डूबकर लापता हो गए। दोनों को डूबते देख दो दोस्तों ने शोर मचाया। शोर सुनकर मौके पर पहुंचे लोगों ने घटना की सूचना पुलिस को दी। पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर दोनों की तलाश की, लेकिन कुछ पता नहीं चल पाया। वहीं, हादसे के सूचना से परिजनों में कोहराम मच गया।

पुलिस के मुताबिक शुक्रवार की सुबह को भरत (21) निवासी मोदीपुरम, मेरठ, संदीप (27) निवासी हवेली के पास, बागपत, अभिषेक जैन (21) निवासी चौहान एंक्लेव बागपत और राकेश (46) निवासी बड़ौत रोड, बागपत कार से मसूरी जा रहे थे। सुबह करीब 4 बजे वह रुड़की पहुंचे। यहां उन्होंने सोलानी पार्क के पास अपनी कार रोकी।

चारों दोस्त कार से नीचे उतरकर गंगनहर किनारे खड़े होकर सेल्फी ले रहे थे। इस बीच भरत और संदीप का अचानक पैर फिसल गया और वह गंगनहर में डूबने लगे। अभिषेक और राकेश ने दोनों को बचाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन दोनों गंगनहर के तेज बहाव में बहकर लापता हो गए।

अपने दोस्तों को डूबते देख दोनों ने शोर मचा दिया। शोर सुनकर मॉर्निंग वॉक पर गए लोगों मौके पर पहुंचे और जानकारी ली। लोगों ने हादसे की सूचना पुलिस को दी। सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और दोनों की तलाश की, लेकिन कुछ पता नहीं चल पाया। वहीं, पुलिस ने हादसे की सूचना दोनों के परिजनों को दी।

सूचना मिलते ही परिजन रुड़की पहुंचे और घटना की जानकारी ली। उधर, परिजनों ने हादसे को संदिग्ध मानते हुए पुलिस से मामले की गहनता से जांच करने की मांग की। कार्यवाहक कोतवाली प्रभारी डीप कुमार ने बताया कि दोनों युवकों से पूछताछ की जा रही है। साथ ही गंगनहर में डूबे युवकों की तलाश के लिए ऋषिकेश से एसडीआरएफ की टीम को बुलाया गया है। सर्च ऑपरेशन चलाकर दोनों की तलाश की जा रही है।
