जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, ऋषिकेश: उत्तराखंड में सरकारी नौकरियों में लगातार भ्रष्टाचार के सरकारों पर आरोप लगते रहे हैं। अब ताजा मामला ऋषिकेश का सामने आ रहा है। ऋषिकेश में स्थित एम्स अस्पताल में कथित फर्जी नियुक्तियों समेत अन्य गड़बड़ी की शिकायत पर सीबीआई जांच कर रही है, जिसजे बाद धीरे-धीरे एम्स अस्पताल में गड़बड़ियों  के पत्ते खुल रहे हैं।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार एम्स नियुक्ति का हैरतअंगेज खुलासा हुआ है। एम्स में नर्सिंग संवर्ग के पदों पर राजस्थान के 600 अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति कर दी गई है। इतना ही नहीं एक ही परिवार के 6 लोगों की भी नियुक्ति की गई है। 800 लोगों में से 600 राजस्थान के अभ्यर्थी होने पर सवालियां निशान खड़े हो रहे हैं।

बता दें कि ऋषिकेश एम्स में लम्बे समय से नियुक्तियों और अन्य मामलों में गड़बड़ी की चर्चाएं आम है। इसे लेकर पूर्व में केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के साथ ही सीबीआई से भी लोग शिकायत कर चुके थे। लेकिन मामले में आपेक्षित कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।

एम्स की भर्ती प्रक्रिया पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। स्थायी कर्मचारियों की भर्ती को लेकर एक नया मामला सामने आया है एम्स में 2018 से 2020 के बीच नर्सिंग संवर्ग 800 पदों के लिए भर्तियां निकाली गई। इसमें देश के विभिन्न राज्यों के अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया हैरानी की बात है कि 800 में से 600 पदों पर राजस्थान के अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति की गई इससे पहले संस्थान में इतने बड़े पैमाने पर एक ही राज्य से अभ्यर्थियों का चयन नहीं किया गया था।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो नियुक्ति के बाद भी कई अभ्यर्थियों ने अब तक उत्तराखंड नर्सिंग काउंसिल पंजीकरण नहीं कराया है , जबकि वे एम्स में कार्य कर रहे हैं । हालांकि एम्स प्रशासन का कहना है कि एम्स में नर्सिंग संवर्ग के पदों पर नियमानुसार भर्ती की गई है। भर्ती प्रक्रिया की सभी अहर्ताएं पूरी करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का ही चयन किया गया है।

योग्य अभ्यर्थियों की स्थिति में राज्य कोई विषय नहीं है । एक परिवार से छह लोगों के चयन का मामला संज्ञान में नहीं है । राज्य काउंसिल में पंजीकरण न कराने वाले कर्मचारियों को नोटिस जारी किया जाएगा ।
