देहरादून। लोक निर्माण विभाग दफतर में आज एक युवक फिल्मी अंदाज में खुले आम तमंचा लहराते सीधे अधिशासी अभियंता कक्ष में घुसा, जहां उसने अधिशासी अभियंता की कनपटी पर तमंचा तान कर सड़क का टेंडर निरस्त न करने पर गोली चलाने की धमकी देने लगा। इतने में वहां सहायक अभियंता आ गए, तो उनकी भी पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई।

इसके बाद उन्होंने किसी तरह युवक को काबू करते किया। इतने में दफतर के भी कर्मचारी एकत्रित हो गए, जिसके बाद युवक को किसी तरह से वहां से खदेड़ा लिया गया। उधर, इस घटना से दफतर के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी दहषत में है। मामले को लेकर राजस्व पुलिस में तहरीर देकर आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है।

यह मामला देहरादून ज़िले के विकास खंड कालसी के अंतर्गत लोक निर्माण विभाग के सहिया डिवीजन का है। आरोपी युवक नाम रोहित तोमर निवासी तारली गांव बताया जा रहा है। जानकारी के अनुसार पीडब्ल्यूडी सहिया डिवीजन नई स्वीकृत सहिया-तारली मोटर मार्ग का निर्माण कर रहा है। सड़क का समरेखण और एस्टीमेट स्वीकृत होने के बाद मार्ग निर्माण के लिए टेंडर जारी किया है।

यह खबर लगते ही आरोपी युवक दफतर में देशी तमंचा लहरातेह हुए आ धमका और अधिशासी अभियंता डीपी सिंह के कक्ष में घुसकर टेंडर निरस्त करने को लेकर धमकी देने लगा। आरोपी युवक ने कहा कि उक्त मार्ग में उसका खेत आ रहा है। वह खेत नहीं देगा।

इस पर अधिशासी अभियंता ने उससे लिखित आपत्ति दर्ज कराने को कहा, तो युवक भड़क गया। उसने सीधे अधिशासी अभियंता पर कट्टा तान दिया, जिससे दफतर के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी दशहत में आ गए। अधिशासी अभियंता डीके सिंह ने मामले में क्षेत्रीय पटवारी को तहरीर दी है। साथ ही उप जिलाधिकारी को भी लिखित में शिकायत देकर आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ कार्रवाई न होने तक काम नहीं करेंगे अभियंता

युवक द्वारा तमंचा लेकर धमकी देने और अभद्रता करने संबंधी मामले की उत्तराखंड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स संघ, लोक निर्माण विभाग के खंडीय अध्यक्ष और सचिव ने कड़ी भर्त्सना की है। नेताद्वय ने कहा कि इस तरह सरे आम तमंचा लेकर कार्यालय परिसर में घुसने और धमकी देने से कार्यालय के सभी कार्मिकों में भय का माहौल है।

अभियन्ताओं का कहना है कि ऐसे दहशत के महौल में दफ्तर में कार्य करना संभव नहीं है। जब तक आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं हो जाती, तब तक डिवीजन के सभी कनिष्ठ अथ्भ्यंता, अपर सहायक अभियंता और सहायक अभियंता दफतर में काम नहीं करेंगे और न ही दफतर में प्रवेश करेंगे।
