देहरादून/विकासनगर। शुक्रवार को पीडब्ल्यूडी के अधिशासी अभियंता की कनपटी पर रिवाल्वर रख धमकी देने वाले युवक ने शनिवार को एक डेयरी संचालके को गोली मार दी। घटना के बाद आरोपी युवक वहां से साथियों समेत फरार हो गया। उधर, पीड़ित को गोली लगने के बाद उसे देहरादून सिनर्जी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।

घटना देहरादून ज़िले के विकासनगर में शनिवार दोपहर की  है। पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार आरोपी रोहित तोमर दो साथियों के साथ देशी तमंचा लेकर डेयरी संचालक पंकज बहल के यहां आ धमके, जहां उनका पंकज के भाई अमित को लेकर बहस हो गई।

अमित स्मैक के आरोप में आजकल जेल में बंद है। बहस के बीच रोहित ने पंकज पर सरेआम गोली चला दी, जो उसके पेट मे जा लगी। इससे पूर्व शुक्रवार को आरोपी युवक विकासनगर से कुछ ही दूरी पर सहिया पीडब्ल्यूडी दफ्तर ने अधिशासी अभियंता को रिवाल्वर लेकर जान से मारने की धमकी दे चुका था।

दिन दहाड़े गोली की घटना से आसपास के लोग दहशत में आ गए, जब तक लोग मौके में जुटे तब तक रोहित दो अन्य साथियों के साथ फरार हो गया। एसएचओ विकासनगर ने बताया की युवक नशेड़ी बताया जा रहा है। आरोपी वबसजे दोनों साथियों की तलाश की जा रही है, जल्द ही तीनों की गिरफ्तारी कर जेल भेजा जाएगा।

लोक निर्माण विभाग के सहिया स्थित अधिशासी अभियंता कार्यालय में शुक्रवार को आरोपी युवक रोहित फिल्मी अंदाज में खुले आम तमंचा लहराते हुए पहुंचा और सीधे अधिशासी अभियंता कक्ष में जा घुसा, जहां उसने अधिशासी अभियंता की कनपटी पर तमंचा तान सड़क का टेंडर निरस्त न करने पर गोली चलाने की धमकी देने लगा।

इतने में वहां सहायक अभियंता आ गए, तो उनकी भी पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई। लेकिन हिम्मत दिखाते हुए किसी तरह युवक को काबू किया। इतने में दफतर के भी कर्मचारी एकत्रित हो गए, जिसके बाद युवक को किसी तरह से वहां से खदेड़ा लिया गया। कर्मचारी दफ्तर जाने से डर रहे हैं।

आरोपी युवक नाम रोहित तोमर निवासी तारली गांव बताया जा रहा है। दरअसल पीडब्ल्यूडी सहिया डिवीजन नई स्वीकृत सहिया-तारली मोटर मार्ग का निर्माण कर रहा है। सड़क का समरेखण और एस्टीमेट स्वीकृत होने के बाद मार्ग निर्माण के लिए टेंडर जारी किया गया है।

यह खबर लगते ही आरोपी युवक दफतर में देशी तमंचा लहरातेह हुए आ धमका और अधिशासी अभियंता डीपी सिंह के कक्ष में घुसकर टेंडर निरस्त करने को लेकर धमकी देने लगा। आरोपी युवक ने कहा कि उक्त मार्ग में उसका खेत आ रहा है, लेकिन वह खेत नहीं देगा। जबकि उसके पिता समेत पूरा गांव सहमति दे चुका है।

इस पर अधिशासी अभियंता ने उससे लिखित आपत्ति दर्ज कराने को कहा, तो युवक भड़क गया। उसने सीधे अधिशासी अभियंता पर देशी तमंचा तान दिया, जिससे दफ्तर के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी दशहत में आ गए। अधिशासी अभियंता डीके सिंह ने मामले में क्षेत्रीय पटवारी को तहरीर दी है। साथ ही उप जिलाधिकारी को भी लिखित में शिकायत देकर आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

शनिवार को अधिशासी अभियंता ने जिलाधिकारी आर.राजेश कुमार और विभागाध्यक्ष हरिओम शर्मा से मुलाकात कर आरोपी की साथियों सनेत शीघ्र गिरफ्तारी जर सुरक्षा की गुहार लगाई है।
