– राजपुर में हुई फायरिंग की घटना में शामिल आरोपी भी रिवाल्वर और कारतूस के साथ गिरफ्तार

जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, देहरादून। शुक्रवार रात्रि को देहरादून में गोलीकांड के 2 मामले सामने आए थे। जिनमें एक प्रेमनगर क्षेत्र और दूसरा मामला राजपुर रोड का था। देहरादून पुलिस ने 24 घंटे के अंदर दोनों आपराधिक मामलों के खुलासे करते हुए 3 अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार कर लिए हैं।

दून पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक 22 अक्टूबर की देर रात्रि अभियुक्त मनजीत गोलिया उर्फ जाट पुत्र सुभाष चंद्र निवासी पुरखास गिरान थाना गन्नौर जिला सोनीपत हरियाणा ने बताया कि 3 अक्टूबर को राहुल उर्फ डौंडी से मेरा झगड़ा हो गया था। राहुल ने मेरा सिर फाड़ दिया। मेरे मुंह पर भी थूक दिया था। उस दिन राहुल उर्फ डौंडी ने मेरी बहुत बेइज्जती कर दी थी।

उसी का बदला लेने के लिए मैं मौके की तलाश में था। जब मैं और मेरा साथी हिमांशु मोटर साइकिल से जा रहे थे, तो रात को करीब 10:15 बजे राहुल उर्फ डौंडी अपने दोस्तों के साथ पुराना पोस्ट ऑफिस मोहल्ला के मैदान में बैठा दिखाई दिया। जिसे देखकर हमने ग्राउंड के पास मोटर साइकिल रोकी और राहुल डौंडी को आवाज देकर बुलाया।

जैसे ही राहुल डौंडी मेरे पास आया, मैंने अपना पिस्टल निकालकर उस पर तीन फायर कर दिए। जब वह गोली लगने से नीचे गिर गया, तो हम लोग मौके से मोटरसाइकिल से फरार हो गए। आज हम लोग पुलिस से बचकर देहरादून से बाहर जाने वाले थे कि पुलिस ने हमें पकड़ लिया।

अभियुक्त मनजीत गोलियां और जाट पुत्र सुभाष चंद्र निवासी पुरखास गिरान थाना गन्नौर जिला सोनीपत हरियाणा उम्र 31 वर्ष व हिमांशु कुमार पुत्र हरिओम ग्राम पिपरी थाना हीमपुर दीपा तहसील चांदपुर बिजनौर उम्र 21 वर्ष हैं।

उनके पास से एक देसी पिस्टल, एक जिंदा कारतूस 32 बोर, 3 खोखा कारतूस 32 बोर (घटनास्थल से बरामद) करने के साथ ही घटना में प्रयुक्त स्प्लेंडर मोटरसाइकिल नं०-UK16A/5035 भी बरामद कर दी गई है।

राजपुर फायरिंग मामले में नितिन लोहानी गिरफ्तार

अभियुक्त नितिन लोहान ने बताया कि मैं निदेशालय सहस्त्रधारा रोड देहरादून में सुरक्षा गार्द मे तैनात हूँ। शुक्रवार रात 10.30 बजे करीब मसूरी रोड स्थित डक स्टोर में मैं कुछ सामान लेने आया था, सामान खरीदने के बाद मुझे टॉयलेट लगी तो मैं स्टोर के बाहर साइड में टॉयलेट करने लगा। वहीं पर फॉर्च्यूनर कार में दो व्यक्ति बैठे थे, जिन्होंने आकर मुझे गाली देते हुये एवं धमकाते हुये मुझे वहां पेशाब करने से मना किया।

गाली का विरोध करने पर मेरी उनके साथ हाथापाई शुरु हो गयी। जब वह दोनों मुझ पर भारी पड़ने लगे तो मैंने उन्हें डराने के लिये मेरी लाईसेंसी रिवाल्वर निकाल ली, लेकिन दोनों व्यक्तियों में से एक व्यक्ति ने मेरी रिवाल्वर पर झपट्टा मारकर रिवाल्वर छीनने की कोशिश की और इसी छीना-झपटी में रिवाल्वर से गोली चल गयी, जो एक आदमी के पेट में लग गयी।

यह देखकर मैं डर गया और वहां से अपनी कार लेकर भाग गया। नितिन लोहान से घटना में प्रयुक्त लाईसेंसी रिवाल्वर एवं दो जिन्दा कारतूस व एक खोखा कारतूस बरामद किये गये। नितिन द्वारा अपने जुर्म का इकबाल करने पर उसे उसके जुर्म से अवगत कराकर हिरासत पुलिस लिया गया।

अभियुक्त नितिन कुमार लोहान (29) पुत्र स्व० पवन कुमार नि० लिब्बरहेड़ी थाना मंगलौर जनपद हरिद्वार का रहने वाला है। उसके पास से घटना में प्रयुक्त दो जिंदा कारतूस और एक खोखा बरामद किया गया है।
