– लंबे समय से लटक रखा था ये मामला, मुख्य अभियंता (मुख्यालय) के आदेश के बाद मिली फील्ड कर्मियों को बड़ी राहत
जनपक्ष् टुडे संवाददाता, देहरादून। उत्तराखंड पेयजल निगम में फील्ड कर्मियों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। निगम प्रबंधन ने 19 नियमित फील्ड कर्मियों को कनिष्ठ सहायक के पद पर वेतनमान 5200-20200 और सातवें वेतनमान लेवल-3 ग्र्रेड वेतन 2000 में पदोन्नति दे दी है। यह पदोन्नति फील्ड कर्मियों को विभागीय परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद दी गई है। इस संबंध में मुख्य अभियंता मुख्यालय एससी पंत ने आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं।
बता दें कि यह प्रक्रिया पिछले कई वर्षों से लटकी हुई थी। कई फील्ड कर्मी छह-सात साल से विभिन्न डिवीजनों में बाबू का काम भी देख रहे थे। वह इस पर नियमित पदोन्न्ति की मांग कर रहे थे। उनकी मुराद अब जाकर पूरी हुई है। विभागीय परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद 13 अप्रैल को मुख्य अभियंता मुख्यालय एससी पंत ने संबंधित फील्ड कर्मियों के पदोन्नति आदेश जारी करने के साथ ही जो कर्मी जिस डिवीजन में तैनात था वहीं कार्यभार ग्रहण करने आदेश दिए हैं। साथ ही 22 अप्रैल तक सभी पदोन्नत कर्मियों को कार्यभार ग्रहण के भी आदेश दिए हैं। आदेश में कहा गया है कि नियत तिथि तक ज्वाइन न करने वाले कर्मियों के पदोन्नति आदेश स्वतः निरस्त समझे जाएंगे। बाद में उनका कोई दावा मान्य नहीं होगा।
उधर, आदेश जारी होते ही फील्ड कर्मियों में खुशी की लहर है। फील्ड कर्मचारी संगठन ने इसके लिए निगम के प्रबंध निदेशक उदयराज सिंह और मुख अभियंता (मुख्यालय) सुरेश चन्द्र पन्त का आभार जताया है। कर्मचारी नेताओं ने कहा कि फील्ड कर्मियों को उनकी योग्यता के अनुसार विभागीय पदोन्नतियां दी गई है। वह लंबे समय से कनिष्ठ सहायक का काम देख रहे थे, निगम प्रबंधन ने विभागीय परीक्षा के माध्यम से फिल्ड कर्मियों के समायोजन का जो निर्णय लिया है वह कर्मचारी हित में है। इससे फील्ड कर्मियों के भविष्य में पदोन्नति के रास्ते भी खुल गए हैं।
