जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, श्रीनगर गढ़वाल: श्रीनगर पहुंचे पीएम मोदी ने चुनावी संबोधन की शुरूआत गढ़वाली में की। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरा दाणा सयाणा, दीदी-भुलियों, भुला भैजिंयों तैं मेरू प्रणाम। आशा करदू च आप सब कुशल मंगल होला। जय बदरी विशाल। जय केदार। इस मौके पर पीएम मोदी ने कांग्रेस पार्टी को जमकर आड़े हाथों लिया।
आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी श्रीनगर स्थित एनआईटी उत्तराखंड के मैदान में चुनावी सभा को संबोधित किया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ज्यों ही गढ़वाली भाषा में अभिवादन के साथ अपने भाषण की शुरुआत की, तो पूरा मैदान तालियों और नारेबाजी से गूंज उठा। पीएम ने कहा कि चुनाव मैदान में होने के बावजूद पूर्व में मैं देवभूमि आया।
श्रीनगर में जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी उत्तराखंड के आम जनमानस के दिल को छूने की कोशिश की। अपने भाषणों की शुरूआत उन्होंने गढ़वाली बोली से की। धारी देवी, कमलेश्वर महादेव और लोगों को प्रणाम कहने के बाद उन्होंने भाजपा के संकल्प पत्र का जिक्र किया और इसे हर वर्ग के लिए अहम बताया।
कहा कि संकल्प पत्र भाजपा पूरा करेगी। बदरीनाथ, केदारनाथ विकास योजनाओं के साथ ही उन्होंने अन्य योजनाओं का भी जिक्र किया। प्रधानमंत्री ने आज सीधे कांग्रेस निशाना साधा और कहा कि कांग्रेस चुनाव प्रचार में जनरल विपिन रावत के कटआउट और फोटो इस्तेमाल कर रही है, वोट के लिए वीर सैनिकों का इस्तेमाल कर रही है, जो गलत है।
प्रधानमंत्री बोले,’कांग्रेस जनरल विपिन रावत का कटआउट और फोटो लगाकर वोट मांग रही है। उत्तराखंड के लोग भूल नहीं सकते, सेना को लेकर इन लोगों का क्या रवैया रहा है। जब भारत के वीरों ने आतंकी अड्डों पर सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक की ये लोग सेना पर ही सवाल उठाते रहे। दिल्ली के कुछ नेताओं ने तो टीवी पर जाकर सेना से सबूत मांगे थे। इन लोगों ने जनरल रावत को पहला सीडीसी बनने पर भी खूब सियासत की थी।
इसी कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेताओं विपिन रावत को सड़कों का गुंडा तक कह दिया था। देश के सैनिकों के इन लोगों की नफरत। आज वोट के लिए जनरल का सियासी इस्तेमाल करना चाहते हैं। तो जवाब देने के जिम्मेदारी उत्तराखंड के लोगों की है। जिनकी सोच सत्ता सुख तक सीमित हो वह बलिदान व देश सेवा का मूल्य नहीं समझते।”
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के भाषण का सबसे अहम बिंदु रहा। प्रधानमंत्री का भाषण सैनिकों व पूर्व सैनिकों पर विशेष फोकस रहा। उत्तराखंड सैनिक बाहुल्य प्रदेश है और उन्होंने पूरी शेश की कि सैनिक और पूर्व सैनिक सीधे तौर पर भाजपा से भावनात्मक रूप से जुड़ जाए।
मोदी ने कहा कि देवभूमि की माटी को माथे लगाने का मन था। बाबा केदार ने मुझे पुकारा और मैं यहां सीधे चला आया। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्चुअल रूप से संवाद में भी मेरा मन उत्तराखंड में रहता था। पिछले लोकसभा में खुद का चुनाव होने के बावजूद मुझे बाबा केदार ने बुलाया और मैं चला आया था।
पीएम मोदी ने कहा जब केंद्र और राज्य में कांग्रेस की सरकार थी, तब उत्तराखंड को डबल ब्रेक लगाकर पीछे धकेला गया। कांग्रेस सिर्फ ब्रेक लगाना जानती है। 2014 में एक ब्रेक हटा तो केंद्र में भाजपा आई और 2017 में दूसरा ब्रेक हटा, तो उत्तराखंड में भी भाजपा आई। डबल इंजन की सरकार आते ही उत्तराखंड तेजी से विकास की पटरी पर दौड़ने लगा।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, भाजपा देहरादून में सैनिक सम्मान में सैन्य धाम बना रही है। उत्तराखंड में सदियों से चारधाम हैं, लेकिन अब पांचवा धाम भी है, सैन्य धाम। उत्तराखंड बनाने का संकल्प यहां के लोगों ने और भाजपा ने मिलकर पूरा किया। दुर्भाग्य से कई साल उत्तराखंड की कमान उनके हाथ में रही, जिन्होंने उत्तराखंड को अस्तित्व में आने से रोका था।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, कांग्रेस की सोच सत्ता के सुख तक सीमित, वे बलिदान और त्याग को नही समझ सकते। वन रैंक, वन पेंशन पर कांग्रेस ने झूठ बोला, भाजपा ने कर दिखाया। पीएम ने कहा कांग्रेस ने सेना से सबूत मांगे और जनरल रावत को सीडीएस बनाने पर विरोध किया। उन्हें सड़क का गुंडा तक कहा। आज वोट के लिए जनरल रावत के नाम का सहारा ले रहे हैं। कांग्रेस को जवाब देने की जिम्मेदारी उत्तराखंड के लोगों की है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि मेरी भक्ति, लगाव, देवभूमि, वीरभूमि पर है, यहां से ऊर्जा और प्रेरणा मिलती है। करणावती, चौंदकोट की तीलू रौतेली, पंथ्या दादा, माधो सिंह भंडारी को उन्होंने प्रणाम भी किया। इस मौके पर हरिद्वार सांसद और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक, भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय मीडिया प्रभारी अनिल बलूनी, पूर्व सीएम तीरथ सिंह रावत, राजकुमार पोरी, विनोद कंडारी, धन सिंह रावत, रितु भूषण खंडूड़ी आदि मुख्य रूप से मौजूद रहे।
