देहरादून, जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो: उत्तराखंड जल विद्युत निगम (यूजेवीएन) लिमिटेड के खटीमा प्रोजेक्ट के लोहिया हेड पावर हाउस के डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन फीडर में जोरदार के धमाके के बाद आग लग गई। पावर प्रोजेक्ट में आग की सूचना से हड़कंप मच गया। पावर हाउस से बड़ी मात्रा में धुंआ उठने पर आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। चंद मिनटों में निगम के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे। इस बीच आस-पास के आधे क्षेत्र की बिजली गुल हो गई। घटना बीते देर रात्रि की है। प्रथम दृष्ट्या डीजल पावर हाउस में फाल्ट आना बताया जा रहा है, लोकल प्रोटेक्शन सिस्टम की कमी के चलते बताया जा रहा है। आग लगने से कितना नुकसान हुआ है, इसकी जानकारी जुटाई जा रही है। बता दें कि चार साल पहले भी इस परियोजना में बाढ़ आने से भारी नुकसान हुआ था।
डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लाइन में फाल्ट आना बताई जा रही वजह
जल विद्युत निगम के निदेशक ऑपरेशन पुरूषोत्तम सिंह ने बताया कि अर्थ फाल्ट आने से यह घटना हुई है। हल्दी फीडर को क्लोजर कर दिया गया है। हल्दी फीडर में अर्थ फाल्ट पावर हाउस के स्विचयार्ड में क्लीयर हुई। पूरे क्षेत्र में बिजली बहाल कर दी गई है। सीटी और ब्रेकर के कनेक्शन लगाने का कार्य जारी है। गुरूवार रात्रि तक ब्रेकर की रिस्टोरिंग वर्क पूरे कर दिए जाएंगे। मौके पर यूजेवीएनएल के साथ ही यूपीसीएल और पिटकुल तीनों निगमों के चीफ इंजीनियर सुपरविजन में काम चल रहा है। फाल्ट यूपीसीएल की डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लाइन में आना बताया जा रहा है।

यूजेवीएन लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक संदीप सिंघल ने निदेशक ऑपरेशन से मामले की जल्द प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट तलब की है। उन्होंने बताया कि यहां ट्रांसफार्मर, ब्रेकर्स समेत कई उपकरण बहुत पुराने हैं, जिन्हें तीनों बदलने का काम चल रहा है। ब्रेकर न्युमेरिकल न होने से इस तरह की घटना सामने आ रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस घटना से पावर हाउस को कोई बड़ा नुकसान नहीं हुआ है। जल्द ही डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सिस्टम को दुरुस्त कर बिजली रिस्टोर करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
