जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, पिथौरागढ़। उत्तराखंड के एक और लाल जम्मू-कश्मीर में शहीद हो गए हैं। जानकारी मिली है कि जवान पिथौरागढ़ जिले का रहने वाला था जो की जम्मू कश्मीर में 54 बंगाल इंजीनियरिंग में हवलदार के पद पर तैनात था। जवान के निधन की खबर से उत्तराखंड में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई है।
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार जवान का निधन बाथरूम में पैर फिसल जाने के कारण हुआ है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार कनालीछीना विकासखंड के गैनाली गांव निवासी महेंद्र सिंह धोनी उम्र 42 वर्ष जम्मू कश्मीर में 54 बंगाल इंजीनियर में हवलदार के पद पर तैनात थे और इन दिनों कश्मीर के ऊधमपुर में तैनात थे।
जानकारी मिली है कि गुरुवार को जम्मू सेना कार्यालय से जवान के पिता भीम सिंह धामी को फोन पर बेटे की मौत की खबर मिली। जवान के निधन की सूचना मिलते ही घर में कोहराम मच गया और परिजन बेसुध हो गए। गांव में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई। जानकारी मिली है कि जवान की एक 19 महीने की बच्ची है। घर पर उनकी पत्नी मीना समेत बच्ची, दादा और दादी पुष्पा धामी रहते हैं। वर्तमान में जवान का परिवार नगर के विण क्षेत्र में रहता है।
