जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। आज देहरादून में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी लगभग 18 हजार करोड़ रुपये की कई परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण और उद्घाटन करेंगे। उनका यह दौरा काफी अहम माना जा रहा है। क्योंकि वह इस दौरान वह उत्तराखंड में 2022 में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव का बिगुल फूंकेंगे। वह लगभग 40 मिंट तक जनता को सम्बोधित करेंगे। कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने के लिए महारैली आयोजित की जा रही है, जिसमें जतिब 1 लाख लोगों के पहुंचने का दावा किया जा रहा है।
खबर है कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी इस दौरान कांग्रेस को भी बड़ा झटका दे सकते हैं। सूत्रों के अनुसार कांग्रेस के पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष किशोर उपाध्याय समेत कई नेता बीजेपी का दामन थाम सकते हैं। आज से उत्तराखण्ड की चुनावी फिजा बदल जाएगी और एक बार फिर से उत्तराखण्ड का चुनावी वातावरण मोदीमय हो जाएगा।

– 11:40 बजे दिल्ली हेलीपैड से वायुयान आईएएफ बीबीजे से रवाना होंगे।
– 12:25 बजे जौली ग्रांट एयरपोर्ट देहरादून पहुंचेंगे।
– 12:25 से 12:30 बजे तक प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का स्वागत होगा।
– 12:30 बजे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जौली ग्रांट एयरपोर्ट से एमआई-17 हेलीकॉप्टर के माध्यम से देहरादून स्थित परेड ग्राउंड के लिए रवाना होंगे।
– 01:00 बजे प्रधानमंत्री कार्यक्रम स्थल परेड ग्राउंड पहुंचेंगे।
– 01:00 से एक 01:10 बजे तक प्रधानमंत्री प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन करेंगे।
– 01:10 बजे पीएम मोदी मंच पर आएंगे।
– 01:33 से 01:40 बजे के बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी तमाम योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास करेंगे।
– 01:40 से 02:15 बजे तक प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जनता को संबोधित करेंगे।
– 02:30 बजे प्रधानमंत्री, खेल परिसर हेलीपैड से एमआई-17 हेलीकॉप्टर के माध्यम से जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट के लिए रवाना होंगे।
– 02:50 बजे प्रधानमंत्री जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट पहुंचेंगे।
– 02:55 बजे प्रधानमंत्री जौली ग्रांट एयरपोर्ट से वायुयान आईएएफ बीबीजे से दिल्ली के लिए रवाना होंगे।
– 03:40 बजे प्रधानमंत्री दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पहुचेंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री देहरादून में आयोजित एक समारोह में प्रधानमंत्री दिल्ली-देहरादून आर्थिक गलियारा (ईस्टर्न पेरिफेरल एक्सप्रेसवे जंक्शन से देहरादून तक) सहित 11 विकास परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखेंगे।

दिल्ली-देहरादून आर्थिक गलियारा 8300 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित होना है। इस गलियारे के बन जाने के बाद दिल्ली से देहरादून जाने के समय में काफी कमी आएगी। अभी सड़क मार्ग से दिल्ली से देहरादून जाने में यदि छह घंटे लगते हैं तो गलियारा बन जाने के बाद इसमें 2.5 घंटे लगेंगे। दिल्ली-देहरादून आर्थिक गलियारे में हरिद्वार, मुजफ्फरनगर, शामली, यमुनानगर, बागपत, मेरठ और बड़ौत से कनेक्टिविटी के लिए सात प्रमुख इंटरचेंज होंगे। इसमें अप्रतिबंधित वाइल्डलाइफ मूवमेंट के लिए एशिया का सबसे बड़ा वाइल्डलाइफ एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर (12 किमी) का होगा।

-लामबगड़ (जो बद्रीनाथ धाम के रास्ते में है) में भूस्खलन शमन परियोजना
-एनएच-58 पर शकनिधर, श्रीनगर और देवप्रयाग में क्रोनिक भूस्खलन ट्रीटमेंट
