जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। रविवार को उत्तराखंड में कोरोना के 2682 नए मरीज मिले। इसके साथ ही राज्य में कुल मरीजों की संख्या तीन लाख 70 हजार के करीब जबकि एक्टिव मरीजों का आंकड़ा 17 हजार 223 पहुंच गया है।
रविवार को राज्य में सबसे ज्यादा 1331 संक्रमित देहरादून जिले में मिले हैं। वहीं नैनीताल में 188, हरिद्वार में 351, ऊधमसिंह नगर में 281, पौड़ी में 159, अल्मोड़ा में 74, टिहरी में 79, पिथौरागढ़ में 69, बागेश्वर में 71, चमोली में 35, रुद्रप्रयाग में 13 और उत्तरकाशी जिले में 31 संक्रमित मिले हैं।
इधर, उत्तराखंड में कोरोना के साथ-साथ नया वैरिएंट ओमीक्रोन भी तेजी से फैल रहा है। रविवार को मिली 159 सैंपलों की जीनोम सीक्वेसिंग रिपोर्ट में से 54 प्रतिशत सैंपल ओमीक्रोन वैरिएंट से संक्रमित पाए गए हैं।
राज्य की स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डॉ. तृप्ति बहुगुणा ने बताया कि राज्य में कोविड-19 संक्रमण के 2255 पॉजिटिव सैंपल की जीनोम सीक्वेंसिंग दून मेडिकल कॉलेज द्वारा की गई। जिनमे से 159 की रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो चुकी है और उनमें से 85 सैंपल में ओमीक़ोन वैरिएंट पाया गया है।
स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक ने बताया कि एक लॉट में 54 प्रतिशत सैंपल ओमीक्रोन वैरिएंट से संक्रमित होने से साफ है कि वायरस का प्रसार तेजी से हो रहा है। जिसके बाद अब राज्य में ओमीक्रोन से संक्रमित कुल मरीजों की संख्या 93 पहुंच गई है।
हालाँकि इसमें चिंता की बात नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि ओमीक्रोन वैरिएंट के हल्के लक्षण ही मरीजों पर दिख रहे हैं जबकि अधिकांश मरीजों में तो लक्षण भी नहीं हैं। ऐसे में सावधानी बरतना जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमण के मामले बढ़ने के बावजूद अभी राज्य के अस्पतालों में सीमित मात्रा में ही कोरोना के मरीज पहुंच रहे हैं।
डॉ. तृप्ति बहुगुणा ने बताया कि राज्य में कोरोना संक्रमित मिल रहे कुल मरीजों में से 15 प्रतिशत के सैंपल जीनोम सीक्वेंसिंग की जांच के लिए दून मेडिकल कॉलेज भेजे जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जीनोम सीक्वेसिंग में काफी समय लगता है। उन्होंने कहा कि ओमीक्रोन संक्रमण से बचाव के लिए जरूरी है कि कोविड गाइड लाइन का पालन किया
राज्य के 6 जिलों में अभी तक ओमीक्रोन संक्रमिल मिल चुके हैं। महानिदेशक स्वास्थ्य ने बताया कि जीनोम सीक्वेसिंग की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार देहरादून 49, पौड़ी 6, हरिद्वार में 14, नैनीताल में 7, यूएस नगर 5, पिथौरागढ़ 1 ओमीक्रोन संक्रमित पाए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इसके अलावा राज्य में मिले दो संक्रम दिल्ली और एक का पता नहीं चल पाया है।

उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत भी कोरोना संक्रमित पाए गए हैं। उन्होंने खुद को आइसोलेट कर लिया है।
