– सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने लक्सर में 4922.82 लाख रूपये की विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास किया

– 362.46 लाख रूपये की योजनाओं का लोकार्पण और 4560.36 लाख रुपये की योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया

जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, हरिद्वार। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने लक्सर में 4922.82 लाख रूपये की विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास किया। इनमें 362.46 लाख रूपये की योजनाओं का लोकार्पण और 4560.36 लाख रुपये की योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया।

लोकार्पण

लोकार्पित की गई योजनाओं में ग्राम केहङा परगना मंगलौर में 230.36 लाख की लागत से बस स्टैंड, 86.24 लाख की लागत से राजकीय इंटर कालेज निरंजनपुर में चाहरदीवारी और 2 प्रयोगशाला, 45.86 लाख की लागत से ग्राम नगला खिताब में बारातघर शामिल हैं।

शिलान्यास

इसी प्रकार शिलान्यास की गई योजनाओं में 145.65 लाख रूपये की लागत से  ग्राम सुल्तानपुर में कब्रिस्तान चौराहे से पंचलेश्वर महादेव मंदिर तक मार्ग का पुनः निर्माण कार्य (द्वितीय चरण), 117.03 लाख की लागत से ग्राम रणजीतपुर से सिद्ध बाबा की ओर सड़क का निर्माण कार्य(राज्य पोषित),

203.92 लाख की लागत से ग्राम अकीबा खुर्द (शमशान घाट के पास) ग्राम दरमाहपुर एवं बहालपुरी को जोड़ने वाले मार्ग पर पथरी रोड़ पर 50.00 मीटर स्थान चौक्स टाईप पुल व पहुंच मार्ग का निर्माण कार्य (द्वितीय चरण), 4093.76 लाख की लागत से केन्द्रीय सड़क निधि के अन्तर्गत भोगपुर- रायसी (राज्य मार्ग सं0 67) मोटर मार्ग का सिंगिल लेन/इण्टरमीडिएट लेन से 2 लेन (कि.मी. 0.00 से किमी 21.657) तक चौड़ीकरण एवं सुदढ़ीकरण कार्य,

भोगपुर-रायसी (राज्य मार्ग सं0-67) मोटर मार्ग का सिंगिल लेन/इण्टरमीडिएट लेन से 2 लेन (किमी0 0.00 से किमी 21.657) तक चौड़ीकरण एवं सुद्ढ़ीकरण कार्य के अन्तर्गत किमी. 21 में 60 मी. स्पान आर.सी.सी. सेतु का निर्माण कार्य शामिल हैं।

घोषणाएं

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने लक्सर क्षेत्र के लिये अनेक महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं की। विधान सभा क्षेत्र लक्सर के अन्तर्गत लक्सर नगर में खेल मैदान का निर्माण किया जायेगा।  ग्राम भिक्कमपुर, जीतपुर में यथा आवश्यकतानुसार एसडीआरएफ की तैनाती की जायेगी।

ग्राम भिक्कमपरु, जीतपुर में विद्युत आपूर्ति हेतु यथा आवश्यक क्षमता के विद्युत सब-स्टेशन का निर्माण किया जायेगा। गंगा नदी के बांध पर हरिद्वार-भोगपुर-बालावाला सडक का निर्माण किया जायेगा। ग्राम पंचायत सुल्तानपुर, आदमपुर को नगर पंचायत का दर्जा दिया जायेगा।

लक्सर नगर में रेलवे अण्डरपास/ओवर हेड ब्रिज का निर्माण किया जायेगा। विधान सभा क्षेत्र लक्सर के अंतर्गत 100 हैण्ड पम्प लगाये जायेंगे। नगर पंचायत लक्सर के प्रमुख चौराहो पर हाईमास्क लाईट लगायी जायेगी। लक्सर विधायक संजय गुप्ता के अनुरोध पर मुख्यमंत्री ने लक्सर में अगले सत्र में महाविद्यालय की भी घोषणा की।

समाज के अंतिम छोर तक विकास पहुंचाना सरकार का लक्ष्य

मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि समाज के अंतिम छोर तक विकास पहुंचाना सरकार का लक्ष्य है। सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारण एवं संतुष्टि पर फोकस। सबका साथ, सबका विकास व सबका विश्वास हमारा मूल मंत्र है।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड को देश का नम्बर एक राज्य बनाएंगे

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी का उत्तराखंड से विशेष लगाव है। उनके मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड को देश का प्रथम राज्य बनाने की दिशा में काम किया  जा रहा है। हमें केन्द्र सरकार का पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। सरकार दिसंबर तक वैक्सीनेशन का लक्ष्य पूरा करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

कहा कि सरकार, राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के सपनों को साकार करने के लिए देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड को देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में स्थापित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। संजय गुप्ता मा0 विधायक लक्सर एक अत्यंत जुझारू एवं ऊर्जावान नेता हैं, इनके नेतृत्व में लक्सर विधानसभा क्षेत्र का विकास अत्यंत तेज गति से हुआ है।

युवाओं की भागीदारी महत्वपूर्ण

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि युवाओं की भागीदारी के बिना कोई भी समाज अधूरा है। एक युवा ही है जो देश के भविष्य को आकार देता है। युवाओं के लिए किसी ने सच ही कहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के मार्गदर्शन में साल 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड को पर्यटन, शिक्षा, अध्यात्म के क्षेत्र में देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाएंगे। उन्होने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में भारत विश्वगुरु बनेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्तमान में 22-24 हजार रिक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया चल रही है। हमारी सरकार ने अतिथि शिक्षकों का वेतन 15,000 से बढ़ाकर 25,000 किया है। लम्बे समय से चली आ रही ग्राम प्रधानों की माँग को पूरा करते हुए प्रधानों के मानदेय में बढ़ोतरी की है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार ने स्वास्थ्य, पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में कोविड राहत पैकेज दिया है।

इसके अलावा निशुल्क जांच योजना, वात्सल्य योजना से जनता को राहत मिल रही है। केन्द्र सरकार की प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना, प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना, प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना, आयुष्मान भारत योजना से लोगों के जीवन में काफी परिवर्तन आया है।

कार्यक्रम में कैबिनेट मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत, कैबिनेट मंत्री स्वामी यतिश्वरानंद, राज्यसभा सांसद नरेश बंसल, खानपुर विधायक कुंवर प्रणव सिंह चैपियन, लक्सर विधायक संजय गुप्ता, झबरेड़ा विधायक देश राज कर्णवाल, रुड़की मेयर गौरव गोयल समेत कई ज़िला स्तरीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
