जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने जनसंपर्क अधिकारी नंदन सिंह बिष्ट को बर्खास्त कर दिया है। वाहनों के चालन निरस्त करने के मामले में एसएसपी बागेश्वर को पत्र लिखने पर कार्रवाई की गई है। यह मामला विपक्ष ने विधानसभा सदन में उठाया था।

बता दें कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी के जनसंपर्क अधिकारी नंदन  सिंह बिष्ट  के लेटरहेड पर जारी इस पत्र में लिखा था ‘मुख्यमंत्री जी के मौखिक निर्देशानुसार मुझे यह कहने का निर्देश हुआ है कि दिनांक 29.11.2021 को बागेश्वर यातायात पुलिस, बागेश्वर द्वारा किये गए वाहन संख्या यूके 02 सीए 0238, यूके 02 सीए 1238 और यूके 04 सीए 5907 के चालान को निरस्त करने का कष्ट करें।

पत्र शॉल मीडिया में वायरल होने के बाद प्रशासन में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है। वहीं, सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पूरे मामले में अधिकारी को बर्खास्त कर मामले की जांच के आदेश दे दिए हैं।

सभी पीआरओ, ओएसडी और कोआर्डीनेटरों के पत्र प्रेषण के अधिकार सीज

उधर, सीएम के पीआरओ नंदन सिंह बिष्ट के द्वारा एसएसपी बागेश्वर को ट्रकों के चालान निरस्त किये जाने से आये भूचाल के बाद सभी मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने सभी पीआरओ, ओएसडी और कोआर्डीनेटरों के द्वारा लेटरहेड पर पत्र प्रेषण और आदेश निर्देश जारी किये जाने पर रोक लगा दी है।

मुख्यमंत्री दफ्तर में तैनात पीआरओ द्वारा वाहनों के चालान माफ किये जाने सम्बन्धी पत्र वायरल होने पर जहाँ सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी की नाराजगी के बाद पीआरओ नंदन सिंह बिष्ट को हटा दिया गया है। वहीं अपर मुख्य सचिव मुख्यमंत्री आंनद वर्धन ने निर्देश जारी किए हैं कि अब सीएम दफ्तर में तैनात कोई भी ओएसडी, पीआरओ और कॉर्डिनेटर न तो कोई लेटर हेड का इस्तेमाल करेगा न ही सिग्नेचर का इस्तेमाल करते हुए पत्र जारी करेगा।
