जनपक्ष टुडे संवाददाता, श्रीनगर गढ़वाल। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को जनपद पौड़ी के एक दिवसीय भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के तहत विकास भवन सभागार में सम्बंधित अधिकारियों के साथ आपदा से क्षतिग्रस्त परिसम्पतियों तथा विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने आपदा से हुई क्षति की जानकारी लेते हुए पुर्नस्थापना कार्य को लेकर सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को गंभीरता के साथ कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने लोक निर्माण विभाग और पीएमजीएसवाई के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि 24 घंटे के भीतर बंद सड़कों को खोला जाए।  जहां स्थिति ज्यादा खराब है वहां वैकल्पिक मार्ग बनाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि 15 दिन के भीतर जनपद की समस्त सड़कों को गड्डा मुक्त बनाना सुनिश्चित करें, जिससे आम जनमानस को परेशानियों का सामना न करना पड़े।

डेडलाइन को ध्यान में रखते हुए युद्ध स्तर पर कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करें। इस दौरान मा. मुख्यमंत्री ने डुंगरीपंत-छांतीखाल-खेड़ाखाल मोटर मार्ग को लेकर जिलाधिकारी को जांच करने तथा दोषी पाये जाने वाले के विरूद्व निलंबन करने की कार्यवाही के निर्देश भी दिये।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने क्षतिग्रस्त परिसंपतियों, अवरुद्ध मोटर मार्गों, क्षतिग्रस्त विद्युत और पेयजल लाइनों को जल्द से जल्द बहाल करने के भी आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये। उन्होने कहा कि आपदा राहत कार्या में संसाधनों की कोई कमी नहीं होने दी जाएगी। साथ ही उन्होंने कोरोना काल तथा आपदा में त्वरित कार्यवाही के लिए जिला प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के कार्यों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि सभी ने बेहतर कार्य किया है।

क्षेत्रीय विधायक ने बताया कि रेलवे परियोजना से जनासू गांव की सडक क्षतिग्रस्त हो रही है, जिसे जनमानस की सुगमता को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए ठीक किया जाय। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने जिलाधिकारी को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि रेलवे के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर मामले का निस्तारण करें। इसके अलावा उन्होंने जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी से खाद्यान्न की जानकारी लेते हुए निर्देशित किया कि नवम्बर माह का राशन का उठान कार्य अतिशीघ्र करें तथा जनपद में संचालित हो रहा अन्न महोत्सवों में जन प्रतिनिधियों व अधिकारियों की भागीदारी अनिवार्य रूप से करें।

उन्होंने मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी से कोविड-19 की वैक्सीनेशन की जानकारी लेते हुए निर्देशित किया कि शिविरों के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी वेक्सीनेशन अभियान को युद्ध स्तर पर चलाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि 18 अक्टूबर तथा 19 अक्टूबर 2021 को हुई अतिवृष्टि से लैंसडाउन व कोटद्वार क्षेत्रों में जल भराव की स्थिति उत्पन्न हुई है, उससे डेंगू जैसी बीमारियों फैलने की सम्भावनाएं हैं। उन्होंने सम्बंधित अधिकारी को निर्देशित कर उन स्थानों पर दवाई का छिड़काव तथा जन जागरूकता करना सुनिश्चित करें।

इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने जनपद के विकास कार्यो की समीक्षा भी की, जिस पर उन्होने विधायक निधि के खर्चे पर तेजी लाने के लिए विधायकों को अपने-अपने प्रस्ताव शीघ्र दीपावली से पूर्व भेजने को कहा। साथ ही मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये।

लोक निर्माण और पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत पानी के पुराने स्रोतों पर निर्भर न रहकर नए स्रोत तलाशे जाएं। साथ ही उन्होंने चौबट्टाखाल विधानसभा के अंतर्गत सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बीरोंखाल में पानी की समस्या को दूर करने तथा क्षेत्र की अवरुद्ध सड़को को शीघ्र खोलने को निर्देश सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को दिए।

उच्च शिक्षा और आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने श्रीनगर विधानसभा के अंतर्गत बंद सड़कों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने सम्बंधित अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि जिन स्थानों पर मार्ग बंद है उसे तत्काल खोलना सुनिश्चित करें, जिससे आम जनमानस को परेशानियों का सामना न करना पड़ा। साथ ही उन्होंने निर्देशित किया की जिन सड़कों की स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो चुकी है उन पर कार्य प्रारम्भ करना सुनिश्चित करें।

जिलाधिकारी डॉ. विजय कुमार जोगदण्डे ने 18 और 19 अक्टूबर को जनपद में भारी अतिवृष्टि से हुए नुकसान की विभागवार जानकारी दी। साथ ही उन्होंने अनुमानित धनराशि क्षति का आंकलन प्रस्तुत किया।

इस अवसर पर जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष शांति देवी, पौड़ी विधायक मुकेश सिह कोली, जिला अध्यक्ष संपत सिंह रावत, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष यशपाल बेनाम, एसएसपी पी. रेणुका देवी, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी प्रशान्त कुमार आर्य, अपर जिलाधिकारी ईला गिरी समेत कई विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
