मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा बुधवार को राजकीय बालिका इंटर कॉलेज चंपावत में आयोजित चम्पावत एवं लोहाघाट विधानसभाओं की कुल एक अरब तीन करोड़ सत्तर लाख चौवन हजार रुपये (10370.54 लाख) की लागत की कुल 42 (19$23) योजनाओं का लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास किया गया। जिसमे चम्पावत की 9 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण व 14 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास के साथ ही लोहाघाट विधानसभा की 3 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण व 16 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास शामिल है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा जिले के विकास हेतु अनेक घोषणाऐ की गई। जिसमें जिले के 100 सरकारी विद्यालयों का रूपांतरण किया जाएगा। नाबार्ड मद से औद्योनिक विकास किया जाएगा। मुंडयानी में उद्यान फॉर्म बनाया जाएगा। चंपावत में एडवेंचर पार्क का निर्माण, चंपावत में शूटिंग रेंज बनाया जाएगा जिस हेतु जिलाधिकारी भूमि का चयन करेंगे। उनके द्वारा जिला मुख्यालय में पुस्तकालय हेतु अपनी विधायक निधि से ₹10 लाख की घोषणा की गई। इसके साथ ही चंपावत का हेरिटेज सिटी के रूप में निर्माण किया जाएगा। जिले में राष्ट्रीय रिवर राफ्टिंग का आयोजन व पैराग्लाइडिंग के क्षेत्र में विकसित किया जाएगा। साथ ही पूर्णागिरि राफ्टिंग क्षेत्र में राफ्टिंग का आयोजन कराया जाएगा। जिले के टनकपुर से घाट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के विभिन्न स्थानों पर 7 हिलांस आउटलेट का निर्माण किया जाएगा। चंपावत- एक हथिया नौला- मायावती ट्रैक रुट का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। राजबुंगा किले का पर्यटन की दृष्टि से विकास किया जाएगा। सिप्टी वाटरफॉल का सौंदर्यीकरण एवं सड़क निर्माण आदि का कार्य किया जाएगा। घाट-पंचेश्वर सड़क सौंदर्यीकरण व निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा चंपावत जिले के नव सृजित पुल्ला गुमदेश उप तहसील के संचालन का ऑन लाइन शुभारंभ भी किया, आज से उप तहसील पुल्ला गुमदेश का संचालन प्रारंभ हो गया है। इस दौरान विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा सरकार द्वारा संचालित विकासपरक योजनाओं के स्टाल भी लगाए गए जिनका मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा निरीक्षण भी किया गया। तथा विभिन्न प्रगतिशील कास्तकारों से वार्ता भी की। उन्होंने स्थानीय फलों के साथ ही बद्री गाय की छास का भी स्वाद लिया,तथा किसानों के उत्पादों को सराहा।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राजकीय बालिका इंटर कॉलेज में जनसभा कार्यक्रम को भी सम्बोधित किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा राष्ट्रीय आजीविका मिशन में समूह गठन के लिए समूह की आजीविका संबंधी गतिविधियों के प्रोत्साहन हेतु आठ समूह लाभार्थियों को चेक वितरित किए गए। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजनान्तर्गत मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा में आवास निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण होने पर लाभार्थियों चंद्रकला, लीलावती, रामचंद्र जोशी, देवकी देवी, सुंदर सिंह, रेखा देवी, ममता देवी, हेमा देवी को ₹5000 की धनराशि के चेक साज-सज्जा हेतु प्रदान किए। इसके अतिरिक्त प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण योजना अंतर्गत प्रति लाभार्थी को प्रथम किस्त ₹6000, द्वितीय किस्त 4000 व तृतीय किस्त 3000 की धनराशि के चेक प्रदान किए। साथ ही स्वास्थ्य संवर्धन योजना अंतर्गत ओपन जिम स्थापित किए जाने हेतु युवक मंगल दल के अध्यक्षों को मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा ₹ 17960 के धनराशि के चेक वितरित किए गए। स्वावलंबन योजना अंतर्गत महिला मंगल दलों के अध्यक्षों को कुल 626 युवक एवं महिला मंगल दलों को स्वावलंबी बनाने के उद्देश्य से दलों की आवश्यकता अनुसार सामग्री आदि के क्रय करने एवं स्वरोजगार उत्पन्न करने के उद्देश्य से प्रति दल को ₹14268 की धनराशि चेक वितरित किए गए।
खाद्य नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग के अंतर्गत कमला देवी, कविता देवी, दीपा देवी, हीरा देवी व चंचला देवी को उज्जवला योजना के अंतर्गत निशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन वितरित किये गए।
इस अवसर पर अपने संबोधन में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के विकास की शुरूआत जनपद चंपावत से की जाएगी जिससे उत्तराखंड उत्कृष्ट राज्य बनेगा। यह 100 दिन सरकार का समर्पण और प्रयास का रहा है। हम उत्तराखंड प्रदेश को पूरे देश में अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के साथ ही उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार विकास की आधारशिला रखने का कार्य कर रही है।
