जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार देर सांय को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में सभी जिलाधिकारियों एवं आयुक्तों के साथ वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से आपदा राहत कार्यों, कोविड-19 वेक्सिनेशन, डेंगू एवं मलेरिया से बचाव आदि को लेकर की जा रही व्यवस्थाओं की बारीकी से समीक्षा की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि आपदा राहत कार्यों में तेजी लायी जाय। साथ ही बन्द सड़को को खोलने के लिये आवश्यक उपकरणों एवं मानव संसाधन की व्यवस्था कर युद्धस्तर पर दिन रात कार्य किया जाय। उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि गोला नदी के पुल की मरम्मत का कार्य 10 दिन में पूरा कर दिया जाय, इसके लिये जो भी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाये की जानी हो वह की जाय।

उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यों में तेजी लाये जाने के लिये जन सुविधाओं के साथ व्यवहारिकता पर ध्यान दिया जाय। उन्होंने सड़कों की मरम्मत के साथ बिजली पानी एवं खाद्यान्न आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के साथ ही ओवर रेटिंग पर प्रभावी नियन्त्रण पर ध्यान देने को कहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये है कि अधिकारी अपने फोन किसी भी दशा में बन्द नहीं रखेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि आपदा राहत एवं निर्माण कार्यों में लापरवाही पर सम्बन्धित अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी तय की जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि शिकायतों एवं अफवाहों का उत्तर बेहतर कार्य प्रणाली में दिया जाय।

मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारियों को यह भी निर्देश दिये कि क्षतिग्रस्त भवनों, पुस्तों एवं खेतो को हुए नुकसान का अलग से आकलन कर शीघ्र विवरण शासन को उपलब्ध कराया जाय ताकि आपदा मानकों में इसके लिये अतिरिक्त धनराशि की व्यवस्था के प्रयास किये जा सके।

कोविड-19 वेक्सीनेशन की दूसरी डोज के लिये चलाया जाय व्यापक अभियान 

मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि कोविड-19 वेक्सिनेशन की शत प्रतिशत दूसरी डोज सभी को शीघ्रता से लग जाय, इसके लिये व्यापक अभियान संचालित किया जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड अभी गया नही है अभी इससे सभी को सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है।

डेंगू एवं मलेरिया से बचाव के लिये किये जाय प्रभावी प्रयास

मुख्यमंत्री ने डेंगू व मलेरिया की रोकथाम के लिये भी साफ सफाई पेयजल की स्वच्छता, दवा छिडकाव फागिंग की प्रभावी व्यवस्था बनाये जाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इसमें सभी नगर निकायों एवं नगर पंचायतों एवं ग्राम पंचायतों का सहयोग लिया जाय। इस दिशा में सभी प्रचार माध्यमों का उपयोग करने के साथ ही ग्राम प्रधानों के मोबाइल पर मेसेज की व्यवस्था बनायी जाय।

सभी शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सफाई आदि की व्यवस्था के लिये टीमों का गठन कर नोडल अधिकारी नामित किये जाय इसके लिये राज्य स्तर पर भी नोडल अधिकारी नामित कर व्यवस्थाओं का प्रभावी अनुश्रवण किया जाय।
