जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। जैसा अनुमान लगाया जा रहा था, लगभग ठीक वैसा ही हुआ। उत्तराखण्ड पहुंचे केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने विपक्षी दल कांग्रेस को सीधे निशाने पर लिया। उन्होंने यह दावा करते हुए कि मोदी सरकार ने उत्तराखण्ड में 85 हजार करोड़ की योजनाएं शुरू की हैं, कांग्रेस से पूछा कि मनमोहन सिंह की सरकार ने उत्तराखण्ड के लिए क्या किया। शाह ने भाजपा का विजन सामने रखा और मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की जमकर तारीफ की। धामी की अगुवाई में चल रही चुनाव की तैयारियों को शाह बखूबी धार दे गए।
‘मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना’ की शुरुआत करते हुए अमित शाह ने कहा कि हाल ही में ‘अतिवृष्टि के रूप में आई आपदा के दौरान मैं उत्तराखण्ड आया था। मैंने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर धामी और उच्च अधिकारियों के साथ रिव्यू मीटिंग की तो पाया कि राज्य सरकार बड़ी मुस्तैदी के साथ अपनी जिम्मेदारी का निर्वहन कर रही है। बचाव और राहत कार्य युद्धस्तर पर चल रहे हैं। कुछ भी कमी इसमें नहीं मिली तो मैंने वापस जाना ही मुनासिब समझा। उन्होंने कहा कि धामी ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री हैं जो जानते हैं उन्हें कब क्या काम करना है और उसमें कहां सुधार करना है।
शाह ने कहा कि गढ्ढा बहुत बड़ा है, जिसे भरने के लिए भाजपा को एक मौका और दीजिए। उत्तराखण्ड के हर घर में खुशहाली लानी है। इसके लिए मोदी को प्रधानमंत्री और धामी को मुख्यमंत्री बनाना है। उन्होंने आग्रह किया कि उत्तराखण्ड की जनता कोई गलत निर्णय न करे। मोदी पर विश्वास कीजिए और धामी को मौका दीजिए। उन्होंने चेताया, वरना उत्तराखण्ड में भ्रष्टाचार की बयार आ जाएगी।
विपक्षी दल कांग्रेस पर उन्होंने सीधे बाण छोड़े। हरीश रावत का नाम लेते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि ‘रावत साहब! अपने शासनकाल में हुए नकली शराब के घपले–घोटाले का जवाब जनता को दीजिए। आपने नमाज की छुट्टी देकर तुष्टिकरण की सियासत क्यों की। आप एक बार खुद का स्टिंग ऑपरेशन देख लें और फिर तय करें कि आपको किसी मुद्दे पर बोलना चाहिए कि नहीं’। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस आरोप लगाकर भागने (Hit & Run) की राजनीति करती है, जो अब नहीं चलेगी। हर दल को अपने राजकाज का हिसाब देना ही होगा।
शाह ने हरीश रावत को चुनौती देते हुए कहा कि वह अपने कार्यकाल में हुए कार्यों की सूची लेकर आएं, मैं अपने ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष को उस पर चर्चा के लिए भेजूंगा, देहरादून के चौराहे पर दो–दो हाथ हो जाए, ताकि जनता को सच्चाई पता चल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस से लोकल्याण और सुशासन की उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती। यह सिर्फ भाजपा की सरकार ही कर सकती है।
