जनपक्ष टुडे ब्यूरो, देहरादून। शारदीय नवरात्रि के पहले दिन गुरुवार को ऋषिकेश में एक सुखद संयोग देखने को मिला। आज ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने विभिन्न संवैधानिक पदों की जिम्मेदारी निभाते हुए 20 वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूरा किया और इसी मौके पर उन्होंने उत्तराखण्ड के युवा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी को नया लक्ष्य भी सौंपा। वो लक्ष्य है केंद्र सरकार के साथ मिलकर उत्तराखण्ड को बुलंदियों तक पहुंचाना। इस दौरान पीएम मोदी ने सीएम धामी की जमकर तारीफ भी की।
करीब तीन महीने पहले की ही तो बात है, भाजपा हाईकमान ने युवा विधायक पुष्कर सिंह धामी को उत्तराखण्ड का मुख्यमंत्री बनाकर उन्हें महत्वपूर्ण दायित्व सौंपा। धामी भी पूरे मनोयोग से अपनी जिम्मेदारी के निर्वहन में जुट गए। अब तक के छोटे से कार्यकाल में उन्होंने जनहित में कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लेकर सबका ध्यान अपनी ओर आकर्षित किया है।
कम समय में ही धामी ने जता दिया है कि प्रबल इच्छाशक्ति और कार्यसंस्कृति के दम पर राजकाज में सुधार लाया जा सकता है। तमाम लोकप्रिय फैसलों से जनता का उन पर विश्वास बढ़ता जा रहा है। धामी की ऐसी छवि बनी है कि वो कड़े फैसले लेने में हिचकते नहीं हैं और नई लीक बनाने की भी कोशिश करते हैं।
संभवतया इसी वजह से प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने उन्हें युवा, ऊर्जावान और उत्साही मुख्यमंत्री कहकर संबोधित किया। मोदी ने धामी को अपना ‘मित्र’ बताया। संबोधन के अंत में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने उत्तराखण्ड की जनता का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि ‘उत्तराखण्ड में युवा और ऊर्जावान टीम है। अगले कुछ वर्षों में उत्तराखण्ड अपने गठन के 25 वर्ष में प्रवेश करेगा।
उस समय तक उत्तराखण्ड को किस ऊंचाई पर पहुंचना है, यह तय का अभी सही समय है। केंद्र सरकार यहां की युवा टीम का पूरा सहयोग कर रही है और करती रहेगी’। साफ है कि पीएम मोदी ने मुख्यमंत्री धामी से खासे प्रभावित हैं और उनसे भविष्य के लिए उनकी कुछ अपेक्षाएं भी हैं।
मोदी ने स्पष्ट संकेत दिए हैं कि उत्तराखण्ड के आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में पूरा दारोमदार धामी के ऊपर ही रहेगा। भाजपा उन्हीं की कप्तानी में चुनाव लड़ेगी और धामी ही चुनाव में भाजपा का चेहरा होंगे।
