नैनीताल। हाईकोर्ट ने हरिद्वार कुम्भ क्षेत्र में किए गए निर्माण कार्यों के जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। इसके लिए हरिद्वार जिला जज के नेतृत्व में एक उच्च स्तरीय कमेटी गठित की है। हाईकोर्ट ने कमेटी को 23 मार्च तक जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपने के आदेश दिए हैं। मामले पर अगली सुनवाई 24 मार्च को होगी।
मुख्य न्यायाधीश आरएस चौहान ने हरिद्वार कुम्भ में श्रद्धालुओं के प्रशिक्षण से लेकर स्वास्थ्य, सड़क, पुल एव फ्लाईओवर आदि निर्माण कार्यों के जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। कोर्ट ने जिला जज हरिद्वार से फोटोग्राफरों के साथ निर्माण कार्यों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने को कहा है।
कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता के अधिवक्ता शिव भट्ट ने बताया कि कुम्भ को लेकर अभी बिरीश्वर में फ्लाईओवर के साथ ही आंतरिक सड़कों का निर्माण कार्य भी अधूरा है। अधिवक्ता ने मेला परिसर का निरीक्षण करने की भी मांग की है।
