देहरादून। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल ने आज राज्य संपत्ति के सचिव आर.के सुधांशु एवं राज्य संपत्ति अधिकारी दिपेन्द्र चैधरी के साथ विधायक हॉस्टल में फैली अव्यवस्थाओं को सुधारने को लेकर बैठक की।

इस दौरान श्री अग्रवाल ने विधायक हॉस्टल की सुरक्षा के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने व दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए।

साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि बाहर से आने-जाने वाले लोगों  का प्रवेश द्वार पर विधिवत पंजीकरण करवाया जाए, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि विधायक हॉस्टल में कौन लोग आ-जा रहे हैं.

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि विधायक हॉस्टल में स्वच्छता  का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए एवं आवागमन करने वाले लोगों  की जांच पड़ताल सैनिटाइजर एवं थर्मल  स्क्रीनिंग  की व्यवस्था की जाए ताकि कोविड-19 के प्रभाव से बचा जा सके। उन्होंने कहा है कि  विधायक निवास में विधायकों की सुरक्षा अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

स्पीकर अग्रवाल ने कहा कि विगत दिनों विधायक हॉस्टल  में अव्यवस्थाओं को लेकर विधायकों का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल उनसे मिला था, जिसमें विधायक हॉस्टल की सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता  एवं तमाम अव्यवस्थाओं के बारे में विधायकों द्वारा शिकायत की गई थी।

इस अवसर पर  सचिव राज्य संपति  आर.के  सुधांशु ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन किये जाने हेतु उन्हें आश्वस्त किया।
