देहरादून। उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल की केंद्रीय कार्यालय में आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता में सरकार पर राज्य सहकारी बैंक को डुबोने का आरोप लगाया है। उक्रांद नेताओं ने सहकारी बैंकों द्वारा विवादास्पद जमीनों को लोन देने और सहकारी बैंकों में हुई नियुक्तियों में रिश्वत लेने के साथ ही ऋण वितरण करने के लिए मोटी रकम लेने वाले नेताओं और अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने की मांग की है।

 उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल ने प्रेस वार्ता में आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में लंबे समय से भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों के खिलाफ जांचें फाइलों में ही दब कर रह गई है। ऐसे कई आरोपी अधिकारी कर्मचारी या तो रिटायर हो गए हैं अथवा रिटायर होने की कगार पर हैं।

विवादास्पद भूमि पर लोन के बढते मामले

 उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल में जिला सहकारी बैंक देहरादून पर बंजारावाला में एक सहकारी संघ द्वारा खरीदी गई विवादास्पद जमीन को लोन देने की तैयारी का मामला उठाते हुए कहा कि 5-6 करोड़ रुपए की इस जमीन का न तो लेआउट पास है और ना ही इस भूमि पर जाने का कोई रास्ता है, इसके बावजूद जिला सहकारी बैंक देहरादून पर इस भूमि के लिए लोन देने का दबाव डाला जा रहा है। इस तरह लोन ड़ने से सहकारी बैंको का पैसा डूब रहा है।

उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल ने सेटिंग गेटिंग तथा पहुंच के आधार पर बिना भौतिक सत्यापन के ऋण वितरण पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि मोटा कमीशन लेकर अधिकारी कर्मचारी चहेतों को बिना सत्यापन के लोन दे रहे हैं। अकेले देहरादून में ही 5-6 करोड़ रुपए का लोन एनपीए हो गया है, जिसकी वसूली संभव नहीं है।

फर्जी दस्तावेजों पर दिए जा रहे लोन

 अधिकारी-कर्मचारी फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर लोन दे रहे हैं, किंतु ऐसे अधिकारी कर्मचारियों पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो रही है।फर्जी ऋण वितरण के बाद बैंक अधिकारी कर्मचारी अपना ट्रांसफर दूसरी शाखाओं में करा लेते हैं, जिसके कारण मामला फिर वहीं दब जाता है। उत्तराखंड

 उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल ने कहा कि सहकारी बैंकों में तैनात अधिकारी और बोर्ड के विभिन्न नेता चहेतों को बैक डोर से नियुक्तियां दे रहे हैं तथा भारी भरकम रकम लेकर संविदा पर नौकरियां दे रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही 1 साल बाद उनको निकाल बाहर किया जा रहा है। तथा नई भर्तियों के नाम पर फिर से मोटी रकम का लेनदेन हो रहा है।

 दल के नेताओं ने इस पर तत्काल इस पर रोक लगाने की मांग की है। साथ ही जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही न होने पर आंदोलन की चेतावनी दी है। पत्रकार वार्ता को दल के केंद्रीय प्रवक्ता  सुनील ध्यानी और शिव प्रसाद सेमवाल ने संबोधित किया।
