देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने निर्देश दिये हैं कि मास्क व सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन न करने वालों पर सख्त कार्यवाही की जाए। बिना मास्क के घूमने वालों पर जुर्माने की राशि को 200 रूपए से बढ़ाकर 500 रूपए किया जाए। रात्रि कर्फ़्यू को सख्ती से लागू किया जाए। शादियों में लोगों की अनुमन्य संख्या को 200 से घटाकर 100 किया जाए।

रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री बीजापुर हाउस में कोविड को लेकर शासन के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर रहे थे। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आगे जाकर स्थिति ज्यादा न बिगड़े, इसके लिए वर्तमान में लागू गाईडलाईन का अक्षरशः पालन करवाया जाना है। जो भी इसका उल्लंघन करे, उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाही में किसी प्रकार की ढ़िलाई न बरती जाए।

राज्य के बोर्डरों पर आवश्यकतानुसार चेकपोस्ट स्थापित किए जाएं और बिना आरटीपीसीआर नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट के किसी को अनुमति न दी जाए।  आगे की स्थिति का आंकलन करते हुए उसके अनुसार केाविड अस्पताल बनाए जाएं। अधिक से अधिक टेस्टिंग पर फोकस किया जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाए कि कोविड के ईलाज के जरूरी दवाईयों की ब्लैकमार्केटिंग न हो। यदि कोई दवा विक्रेता इसमें लिप्त पाया जाए तो तत्काल लाईसेंस निरस्त करते हुए सख्त से सख्त कार्यवही की जाए। कोविड से संबंधित सभी जरूरी उपकरण सरकारी अस्पतालों में उपलब्घ होने चाहिए।

दवाईयों की कीमतों पर भी नियंत्रण रखा जाए। जिन जिलों में ज्यादा मामले आ रहे हैं, वहां नोडल अधिकारी तैनात किये जाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि फिलहाल चारधाम यात्रा और हेमकुण्ड साहिब की यात्रा पर आने वालों के लिए आरटीपीसीआर की नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट जरूरी कर दी जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड के बढ़ते मामलों से प्रदेश की आर्थिकी को होने वाले नुकसान को किस प्रकार कम से कम किया जा सकता है, इसकी कार्ययोजना तत्काल बनाई जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वैक्सीनैशन अभियान में भी तेजी लाई जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि होम आइसोलेशन के लिए जरूरी प्रोटोकाॅल का पूरा पालन करवाया जाए। होम आईसोलेशन वालों को जरूरी किट दी जाए और उनसे लगातार सम्पर्क रखा जाए। कोविड केयर सेंटरों को मजबूत किया जाए।

मुख्य सचिव श्री ओमप्रकाश ने कहा कि जनजागरूकता बहुत जरूरी है। किन-किन बातों का ध्यान रखा जाना है, इसके बारे में विभिन्न माध्यमों से लोगों को जानकारी दी जाए।

प्रभारी सचिव डाॅ. पंकज पाण्डेय ने बताया कि हर जिले में केाविड केयर सेंटर और आईसीयू के बेड बढ़ाने पर काम किया जा रहा है। विशेष तौर पर देहरादून, हरिद्वार, हल्द्वानी में बेड की संख्या काफी बढ़ाई जा रही है।

बड़े अस्पतालों व मेडिकल काॅलेजों को भी 100-100 बेड की अतिरिक्त क्षमता सृजित करने को कहा गया है। देहरादून, रूड़की व काशीपुर में तीन आक्सीजन जनरेशन प्लांट कार्यरत हैं। इनके अतिरिक्त आठ नए आक्सीजन जनरेशन प्लांट लगाए गए हैं।

आक्सीजन पर्याप्त उपलब्ध है। सारे आईसीयू सही तरीके से संचालित हैं। नए डाक्टरों की तैनाती हुई है। हर जिले को 20-20 डाक्टर मिल जाएंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त आवश्यकता होने पर मेडिकल छात्रों की सेवाएं प्रशिक्षण देकर ली जा सकती हैं।

बैठक में डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, सचिव अमित नेगी, नितेश झा, शैलेश बगोली, एस ए मुरूेगेशन, सूचना महानिदेशक रणवीर सिंह चौहान सहित शासन के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
