– अक्टूबर माह में दीक्षांत समारोह आयोजित करेंगे सभी विश्वविद्यालय*

– एक माह के भीतर डीजी लाॅकर की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश

देहरादून। राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में वर्षों से रिक्त चल रहे शैक्षणिक एवं शिक्षणेत्तर पदों पर तीन माह के भीतर भर्ती की जायेगी। जबकि एक माह के भीतर सभी विश्वविद्यालयों को डीजी लाॅकर की सुविधा उपलब्ध करानी होगी। विश्वविद्यालयों का दीक्षांत समारोह माह अक्टूबर में आयोजित किया जायेगा। कुमाऊं विश्वविद्यालय नैनीताल का एक नया परिसर बनाया जायेगा।

यह निर्णय उच्च शिक्षा, सहकारिता, प्रोटोकाॅल एवं आपदा प्रबंधन राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) डा. धन सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में आज विधानसभा स्थित सभागार में आयोजित राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों की समीक्षा बैठक में लिये गये।

इस दौरान डा. रावत ने बताया कि सभी विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपतियों को वर्षों से रिक्त चल रहे शैक्षणिक एवं शिक्षणेत्तर पदों के साथ ही प्रोन्नति के रिक्त पदों को तीन माह के भीतर भरने, अक्टूबर माह में दीक्षांत समारोह आयोजित करने तथा विश्वविद्यालयों में एक माह के भीतर डीजी लाॅकर की व्यवस्था उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं।

वर्तमान में राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में शिक्षकांे के 206 तथा शिक्षणेत्तर कार्मिकों के 188 पद रिक्त चल रहे हैं। जिन पर रिक्त नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू कर तीन माह के भीतर भर्ती करने के निर्देश दिये है।

उन्होंने विशेषकर श्रीदेव सुमन विश्वविद्यालय में लंबे समय से लंबित भर्ती प्रक्रिया एवं ऋषिकेश परिसर के संचालन में हो रही देरी पर नाराजगी जताते हुए कुलपति को दोनों कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में कुमाऊं विश्वविद्यालय का नया परिसर बनाये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया, जिसके लिए कुलपति शासन को शीघ्र प्रस्ताव भेजेंगे। कुमाऊं विश्वविद्यालय एवं सोबन सिंह जीना विश्वविद्यालय अल्मोड़ा में शैक्षणिक एवं शिक्षणेत्तर पदों के बंटवारे के लिए प्रभारी सचिव उच्च शिक्षा विनोद रतूड़ी एवं दोनों विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपतियों की समिति गठित की गई है। जो शीघ्र प्रस्ताव तैयार कर शासन को सौंपेगी।

बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया है कि श्रीदेव सुमन विश्वविद्यालय को ऋषिकेश परिसर में एक माह के भीतर नए निर्माण कार्य प्रारम्भ करने होंगे। यह भी निर्णय लिया गया है कि सभी विश्वविद्यालय प्रथम सेमेस्टर एवं अंतिम सेमेस्टर के साथ ही प्रथम वर्ष एवं अंतिम वर्ष की ही परीक्षाएं आयोजित करायेंगे। शेष छात्रों को गत वर्ष की भांति प्रोन्नत किया जायेगा।

विश्वविद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों को खोले जाने के संबंध में सरकार शीघ्र निर्णय लेगी। बैठक में सभी विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपतियों ने अपने-अपने संस्थानों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट एवं समस्याएं रखी, जिनका बैठक में ही समाधान निकालते हुए शासन से पत्राचार के निर्देश दिये गये।

अपर मुख्य सचिव उच्च शिक्षा आनंद बर्द्धन ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालयों के शासन स्तर पर लम्बित सभी प्रकरणों का दो सप्ताह के भीतर निस्तारण कर दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रीदेव सुमन विश्वविद्यालय एवं सोबन सिंह जीना विश्वविद्यालय अल्मोड़ा में शीघ्र स्थाई कुलसचिवों की तैनाती कर दी जायेगी।
