– प्रबन्ध निदेशक ने दिए सभी संवर्गों की वरिष्ठता डुची वैबसाइट पर अपलोड करने के निर्देश
देहरादून। ऊर्जा आफिसर्स, सुपरवाईजर्स एंड स्टाफ एसोसिएषन के पदाधिकारियों के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने वीरवार को उत्तराखंड पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड (यूपीसीएल) के प्रबंध निदेशक दीपक रावत से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने एमडी को मांग पत्र सौंपते हुए कहा कि उर्जा निगम कार्मिकों की वर्षों से चली आ रही 9-5-5 की मांग को ग्रेड-पे की विसंगति का निराकरण कर लेखा, लिपिक और तकनीकी संवर्ग में इसे जल्द से जल्द लागू किया जाए।
यह जानकारी देते हुए एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता डीके कश्यप ने बताया कि प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने प्रबंध निदेशक को अवगत कराया कि उर्जा के तीनों निगमों के लेखा संवर्ग के कार्मिकों की ग्रेड-पे शासन और कोषागारों के लेखा संवर्ग के कार्मिकों से काफी कम हो गई है, जबकि पूर्व में किसी भी प्रकार की वेतन विसंगति नहीं थी।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने इस बात पर आक्रोश व्यक्त किया कि लेखा कार्मिकों की ग्रेड-पे विसंगति के संबंध में न तो कोई संगठन मांग उठा रहा है और न ही निगम प्रबंधन ही कोई सुध ले रहा है।
एसोसिएशन पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि इस संबंध में शासन एवं प्रबंधन को कई बार अवगत कराया गया है। 4600 और 4800 ग्रेड पे का प्रस्ताव शासन को भेजने के बाद भी इस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है। प्रतिनिधिमंडल की मांग पर प्रबंध निदेशक ने सभी संवर्गों के कार्मिकों की वरिष्ठता सूची वैबसाइट पर अपलोड करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही एसोसिएशन की दूसरी मांग पर भी जल्द से जल्द सकारात्मक कार्रवाई का भी एमडी ने भरोसा दिलाया।
इस अवसर पर एसोसिएशन के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष डीसी गुरुरानी, दीपक पांडे, सीआर पुरोहित, गंगा सिंह ल्वाल, डीके कश्यप, नितेश भट्ट, दिनेश उनियाल, मुकेश और अमित खण्डूड़ी आदि मुख्य रूप से मौजूद रहे।
