देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी सम्भालते ही तीरथ रावत ने जो कहा था उसे पूरा करने ने जुट गए हैं। पहला मामला जिला विकास प्राधिकरण के है, जिसे निरस्त करने के आदेश जारी कर दिए गए हैं। इससे जनता को बड़ी राहत मिली है।
तीरथ सरकार ने त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत सरकार के उस फैसले को पलट दिया है, जिसमे उत्तराखंड के सभी जिलों में जिला विकास प्राधिकरण का गठन कर मानचित्र स्वीकृति को अनिवार्य कर दिया गया था।
शहरी विकास मंत्री बंशीधर भगत ने कार्यभार संभालते ही पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में भवन निर्माण के लिए मानचित्र स्वीकृत करने की अनिवार्यता को समाप्त कर दिया गया है। साथ ही जिला विकास प्राधिकरण को समाप्त करने के आदेश भी जारी कर दिए है।
बता दें कि त्रिवेंद्र सरकार द्वारा जिला विकास प्राधिकरण का गठन किया गया था, जिसके बाद से ही पर्वतीय व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में घर व अन्य व्यवसायिक भवन बनाने में ग्रामीणों को भारी दिक्कतों एवं लाल फीताशाही का सामना करना पड़ रहा था।
इस मुद्दे को लेकर पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों के निवासी एवं ग्रामीण लंबे समय से जिला विकास प्राधिकरण को समाप्त करने की मांग कर रहे थे। इस मुद्दे को लेकर पूर्व में भाजपा अध्यक्ष के पद पर रहते हुए स्वयं मंत्री बंशीधर भगत तत्कालीन
वह तब मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के समक्ष इस समस्या को रख चुके थे। जिसके बाद पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने जिला विकास प्राधिकरण को समाप्त करने की घोषणा भी की थी, लेकिन वह धरातल पर नहीं उतर पायी ।
शहरी विकास मंत्री बंशीधर भगत ने कार्यभार संभालते ही बुधवार को जनता के हितों को देखते हुए सबसे पहले जिला विकास प्राधिकरण के समाप्त करने के आदेश पर हस्ताक्षर किए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार जनता के लिए है। इसलिए जनता के हित ही सर्वोपरि है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का प्रयास है कि वह राज्य के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के चेहरे पर खुशी का भाव देखना चाहती है। इधर जिला विकास प्राधिकरण के समाप्त होने से पर्वतीय व ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोगों ने राहत की सांस लेते हुए सरकार व शहरी विकास व आवास मंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया है।
