देहरादून। नैनीताल हाई कोर्ट ने देहरादून के जिला जज प्रशांत जोशी को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित करते हुए रुद्रप्रयाग कोर्ट से अटेच करने के आदेश जारी किए है।

यह कार्रवाई उन पर एक मुल्जिम की कार पर बैठकर सरकारी कार्य करने के मामले में कई गई। इतना ही नही उन्होंने इस विवादित कार पर जिला जज का बोर्डभी लगाया हुआ था। जिसे अनुशासन हीनता और कर्मचारी आचरण नियमावली के खिलाफ मानते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने उन्हें निलम्बित किया है।

रजिस्टार जनरल हाइकोर्ट की ओर से जारी आदेशो में कहा गया है कि जिला जज प्रशांत जोशी 21 व 22 दिसम्बर को मसूरी कोर्ट सरकारी वाहन से न जाकर के के सोईन नामक व्यक्ति की निजी ऑडी कार से गये थे।

सोईन के विरुद्ध कुछ दिनों पहले ही राजपुर थाने में गम्भीर धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था। इनके द्वारा एफआईआर निरस्त करने के लिए हाई कोर्ट में रिट दाखिल की गई है। उक्त निजी कार मसूरी स्थित सरकारी कोर्ट परिसर के बाहर खड़ी दिखी है।

हाई कोर्ट ने इसे सरकारी सेवा का उल्लंघन माना है माना जा रहा है कि एडीजी सीबीआई सुजाता सिंह के पास ही अब जिला जज का अतिरिक्त चार्ज होगा। ये आदेश हाई कोर्ट की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है।
