चम्पावत उपचुनाव की व्यस्तता समाप्त होते ही मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एक्शन मोड में आ गए। बुधवार को उन्होंने नए बजट की तैयारी, विभिन्न विभागों के कामकाज की प्रगति का जायजा लिया। प्रदेश की कानून व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने पेट्रोलिंग बढ़ाने और मुखबिर तंत्र मजबूत करने के निर्देश दिए।

चम्पावत उपचुनाव की व्यस्तता समाप्त होते ही मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में आला अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। उन्होंने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा व्यवस्था का लगातार अनुश्रवण हो। श्रद्धालुओं को असुविधा नहीं होनी चाहिए। पंजीकरण व्यवस्था में आवश्यकता अनुसार सुधार किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के वित्तीय संसाधन बढ़ाने को गंभीरता से प्रयास होने चाहिए। किन सेक्टर में वित्तीय संसाधन जुटाए जा सकते हैं, यह देखा जाए। ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में जलविद्युत संसाधन महत्वपूर्ण हैं। सौर ऊर्जा पर फोकस किया जाना चाहिए। बिजली में लाइन लास कम किया जाए। उन्होंने जलविद्युत एवं सौर ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं के विकास को नई नीतियां तैयार करने को कहा।

धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का उत्तराखंड से विशेष लगाव है। उनके मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण विकास योजनाएं स्वीकृत हुईं। इन पर तेजी से काम भी हुआ। केंद्रीय योजनाओं के संबंध में केंद्रीय अधिकारियों से समन्वय कर शीघ्र क्रियान्वयन करें। देहरादून, पंतनगर व पिथौरागढ़ एयरपोर्ट के विस्तार के लिए औपचारिकता तेजी से पूरी की जानी चाहिए। पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में मार्गों के सुधारीकरण के साथ ही नए पार्किंग स्थल का विकास किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मायावती आश्रम, भुवनेश्वर, हिंगला देवी जैसे पौराणिक स्थलों के संपर्क मार्गों का प्राथमिकता से सुधार हो। अलकनंदा होटल प्रबंधन को बेहतर बनाने की कार्ययोजना तैयार की जानी चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय में पत्रावलियों के निस्तारण को समय सीमा निर्धारित की जाए। जमरानी बांध, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों की भी उन्होंने समीक्षा की। बैठक में प्रदेश के विद्युत लोकपाल सुभाष कुमार, मुख्य सचिव डा एसएस संधु, अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, आनंद बद्र्धन, पुलिस महानिदेशक अशोक कुमार समेत कई अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
