देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सूचना विभाग के कार्य कलापों की समीक्षा के दौरान निर्देश दिए कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा जनहित में लिये गये निर्णयों, कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की आम आदमी तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसमें सूचना के सभी प्रारूपों का बेहतर ढंग से समन्वय कर अविलम्ब कार्य योजना तैयार की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों तक जनोपयोगी योजनाओं की जानकारी पहुंचाना विभाग का दायित्व है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री आवास में रविवार को देर सांय सूचना विभाग के विभिन्न कार्य कलापों, योजनाओं, प्रचार प्रसार की भावी कार्यक्रमों की समीक्षा करते हुए निर्देश दिये कि सूचना विभाग के जनपद स्तरीय कार्यालयों को और अधिक सक्षम एवं सुविधा सम्पन्न बनाया जाय। उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायत स्तर तक सूचना तंत्र की पहुंच आसान बनाये जाने के भी निर्देश दिये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रिंट, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एवं सोशल मीडिया के साथ बेहतर समन्वय बनाये जाने एवं समस्यायुक्त समाचारों की त्वरित समीक्षा के साथ वस्तु स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाय। विभाग को जनता में सरकार के जनकल्याणकारी कार्यों की जानकारी पहुंचाने की जिम्मेदारी है, इस पर ध्यान दिया जाय।
महानिदेशक सूचना रणवीर सिंह चौहान ने मुख्यमंत्री को विभाग द्वारा किये जाने वाले कार्यों, भावी योजनाओं आदि की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री को आश्वस्त किया कि विभाग सरकार एवं आम जनता के मध्य बेहतर समन्वय एवं योजनाओं के व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार को निर्देशानुसार प्रभावी कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि विभाग द्वारा शासकीय योजनाओं के प्रचार-प्रसार में सूचना तकनीकि के आधुनिक स्वरूपों का भी उपयोग किया जायेगा। इसकी विस्तृत कार्य योजना शीघ्र तैयार की जायेगी। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन, अपर निदेशक डॉ. अनिल चंदोला, संयुक्त निदेशक आशीष त्रिपाठी, केएस चौहान, उप निदेशक नितिन उपाध्याय, रवि विजारनियॉ सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
