इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवद्रें सिहं रावत ने उपस्थिति पंि जका की जांच की। जिसमें कई कार्मिकों के हस्ताक्षर नहीं पाए गए। वहीं फाइलों के मूवमेंट को लेकर बड़ी खामियां मिली हैं। बता दें कि देहरादून के स्तर पर तैयार होने वाली फाइल और डाक पौडी़ मुख्यालय भेजी जाती है।
इन फाइलों के निस्तारण में अत्यधिक विलंब हो रहा है। जिसे लेकर मुख्यमंत्री और मुख्य सचिव ने
स्टाफ को फटकार भी लगाई। इस दौरान काम में लापरवाही कर रहे कुछ कर्मचारियों का वेतन रोकने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।
वहीं स्टाफ का कहना है कि मौखिक आदेश पर फाइलें पौड़ी भेजी जाती हैं। कुछ साल पहले कमिश्नर कार्यालय के पीएस ने यह आदेश दिया था। जिस पर मुख्य सचिव ने हैरानी जताई। उन्होंने जल्द इस व्यवस्था को बदलने के निर्देश दिए।
