देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित कैम्प कार्यालय में देश की स्वतंत्रता की 75 वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर आयोजित हो रहे आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव कार्यक्रम की आयोजन व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अमृत महोत्सव प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के ‘राष्ट्र सर्वप्रथम’ के विजन को बताता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस आयोजन के लिये भारत सरकार ने जो निर्देश दिये हैं उसके अनुसार कार्यक्रमों का गरिमा व भव्यता के साथ आयोजन किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि अब इसकी समयावधि वर्ष 2023 तक बढ़ाई गई है। इसलिए इस अवधि में आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों की स्पष्ट रूप रेखा निर्धारित कर ली जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव का संदेश आमजन तक पहुंचे, इसकी प्रभावी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाय।
बोले, गरिमामयी हो आयोजन
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस आयोजन के तहत अब तक हुए कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी भी प्राप्त की। उन्होंने कहा कि भावी कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन के लिये सभी जिलाधिकारियों एवं विभागाध्यक्षों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये जाय। आयोजन गरिमा के साथ आयोजित हो इसके लिये सभी सम्बन्धित विभाग आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करें।
युवा जानें स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों के योगदान को
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों का सम्मान हमारे लिये सर्वोपरि है। इस अवसर पर आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रम, आजादी के लिये हमारे पूर्वजों द्वारा दिये गये बलिदान से भावी पीढ़ी को परिचित कराने में भी मददगार होंगे। उन्होंने इस आयोजन में विभिन्न संस्थानों, संगठनों, स्वयं सेवी संस्थाओं, एन.सी.सी, एन.एस.एस. की भी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित कराने को कहा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों एवं स्वतंत्रता संग्राम से जुड़ी महान विभूतियों के जीवनवृत्त पर प्रदर्शनी आदि के साथ ही उनके जीवन दर्शन पर आधारित लघु फिल्में भी तैयार की जाय। उन्होंने इस आयोजन के दौरान स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों के योगदान आदि से सम्बन्धित राज्य स्तरीय गीत तैयार कर उसके माध्यम से भी प्रचार प्रसार के निर्देश दिये।
हर घर झंडा
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस आयोजन के तहत आयेजित होने वाले ‘‘हर घर झंडा कार्यक्रम’’ के सम्बंध में प्रभवी कार्य योजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने इस सम्बंध में आवश्यक दिशा निर्देशों का भी अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
इस सम्बंध में सचिव संस्कृति श्री हरिचन्द सेमवाल ने बताया कि इस आयोजन के तहत पूरे देश में 75 ऐतिहासिक महत्व के विशिष्ट स्थलों से प्रत्येक राज्य से दो या तीन विशिष्ट स्थलों को शामिल किये जाने की प्रक्रिया में राज्य से अल्मोड़ा एवं देहरादून को चयनित किया गया है।
इस सम्बन्ध में मुख्यमंत्री जी की अध्यक्षता में समिति का भी गठन किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस आयोजन के अंतर्गत अब तक सभी जनपदों में संबंधित विभागों द्वारा मैराथन दौड़, स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों पर प्रदर्शनी, नशा मुक्ति कार्यक्रम, विचार गोष्ठी, सम्मेलन/सेमिनार, वृक्षारोपण का आयोजन किया गया है।
जबकि खादी प्रदर्शनी, क्विज कार्यक्रम स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों के जीवनवृत्त पर नुक्कड़ नाटक पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों से सम्बन्धित स्थलों का भ्रमण, निबंध प्रतियोगिता, साइकिल रैली के कार्यक्रम प्रस्तावित हैं।
