देहरादून। मिशन कोशिश एवं ब्रिज कोर्स की संकल्पना एवं क्रियान्वयन को लेकर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस दौरान हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गणित, विज्ञान एवं सामाजिक विज्ञान विषयों से संदर्भित कक्षा 6 से 9 में अध्यापन करने वाले जनपद के शिक्षकों को विषयवार प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

प्रशिक्षण एआरटी निदेशक सीमा जौनसारी के निर्देशन और डायट प्राचार्य राकेश चंद्र जुगरान के मार्गदर्शन में सम्पन्न हुआ। मिशन कोशिश के तहत पूर्व कक्षा व वर्तमान कक्षा के पाठ्यक्रम को मिलाकर 8 सप्ताह का एक पाठ्यक्रम तैयार किया गया है। प्रत्येक बच्चे के लिये कक्षावार, विषयवार लर्निंग आउटकम्स के आधार पर वर्कशीट तैयार की गई है।

बच्चे वर्कशीट को अपने घर पर ही पढ़ेंगे व अभ्यास करेंगे। 6 दिनों तक चले इस ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण में जनपद देहरादून के 1800 से अधिक शिक्षकों ने प्रशिक्षण में प्रतिभाग किया। डायट के प्राचार्य राकेश जुगरान  अपने संबोधन में कोरोना के कारण उत्पन्न हुए शैक्षिक व्यवधान के आलोक में मिशन कोशिश एवं ब्रिज कोर्स कार्यक्रम की संकल्पना, दृष्टि एवं क्रियान्वयन विषय पर विस्तार से बात रखी।

उन्होंने सभी शिक्षकों को स्कूल बंद रहने की स्थिति में शिक्षण की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत तकनीकी के उपयोग की महत्ता से अवगत कराते हुए इसके सर्वश्रेष्ठ उपयोग के संबंध में निर्देशित किया।प्राचार्य द्वारा इस संबंध में भारत सरकार एवं राज्य स्तर के प्रयासों को रेखांकित करते हुए उनके बेहतर क्रियान्वयन के लिये शिक्षकों को सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी बताया।

एससीई आरटी से श्रीमती हिमानी बिष्ट,जो इस अभिमुखीकरण कार्यशाला के अनुश्रवण हेतु नामित जनपद प्रभारी भी हैं ने अपने संबोधन में राज्य स्तरीय प्रयासों से अवगत कराते हुए सुझाव दिया कि शिक्षकों को अपने-अपने विद्यालयों की ऑनलाइन/मुक्त शिक्षण व्यवस्था एक विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार करनी होगी।

इसके अंतर्गत प्रत्येक छात्र-छात्रा का विवरण तैयार किया जाना होगा कि कितने बच्चे किस संसाधन के साथ कैसे लाभान्वित किये जा सकते हैं।उन्होंने यह भी अवगत कराया कि आठ सप्ताह हेतु तैयार लर्निंग आउटकम एवं उन्हें प्राप्त करने के लिए उल्लिखित गतिविधियां सुझावात्मक हैं और उन्हें स्कूल खुल जाने की उम्मीद के दृष्टिगत तैयार किया गया था।

लेकिन वर्तमान स्थितियों को देखते हुए विद्यालय न खुलने की स्थिति में ऑनलाइन शिक्षण के आलोक में शिक्षकों को इनमें आवश्यकतानुरूप स्वयं बदलाव करने होंगे। भारत सरकार शिक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा पूर्व में ही डिजिटल शिक्षा को केंद्रित मार्गदर्शिका प्रज्ञाता का प्रस्तुतिकरण करते हुए ऋचा जयाल द्वारा डिजिटल संसाधनों के उपयोग विषयक महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां शिक्षक साथियों के बीच रखी।

यह एक ऑनलाइन डिजिटल से संबंधित मार्गदर्शिका है।इसमें बच्चों के मानसिक, शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा में ध्यान में रखे जाने वाली विभिन्न सुझावों का विवरण है।शिक्षण के तकनीकी पर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश, शिक्षण के तरीकों की व्यवस्था,, दूरस्थ शिक्षा और तकनीकी द्वारा शैक्षिक संवर्धन करते वक़्त अध्यापक के द्वारा रखी जाने वाली सावधानियां व बच्चों के मार्गदर्शन, जिसमें ऑफलाइन व ऑनलाइन शिक्षण तरीकों की जानकारी सम्मिलित है बताया गया।
