– एसीपी की पुरानी व्यवस्था, उपनल कर्मियों के नियमितीकरण का लाभ देने, एलाउंस, भत्तों और इंसेंटिव के साथ 2005 तक के कार्मिकों को भी पेंशन के लाभ को लेकर हुए लम्बी चर्चा 

देहरादून। ऊर्जा मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत ने ऊर्जा निगम के अफसरों को कर्मचारियों की मांगों को जल्द से जल्द निस्तारित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि वह कर्मचारियों की मांगों के प्रति गम्भीर हैं। कर्मचारियों की निगम स्तर की मांगों का शीघ्र समाधान किया जाएगा। शहसन स्तर की मांगों को भी जल्द निपटाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

ऊर्जा मंत्री डा. हरक सिंह रावत ने यूजेवीएन लिमिटेड मुख्यालय में ऊर्जा के तीनों निगमों के प्रबंधन एवं उत्तराखंड विद्युत अधिकारी कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष मोर्चा के पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। बैठक में उत्तराखंड विद्युत अधिकारी कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष मोर्चा की मांगों पर विस्तृत रूप से विचार विमर्श किया गया।

मंत्री ने प्रबंधन एवं कार्मिकों के पक्षों को विस्तार से सुना। कार्मिकों द्वारा अपनी विभिन्न मांगों के समर्थन में तर्क रखे गए। ऊर्जा मंत्री डा. हरक सिंह रावत द्वारा निगमों के प्रबंधन को निर्देश दिए गए कि कार्मिकों के निगम स्तर के प्रकरणों पर ससमय सकारात्मक रूप से कार्यवाही की जाए।

बैठक में यूपीसीएल एवं पिटकुल के प्रबंध निदेशक दीपक रावत, यूजेवीएन लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक संदीप सिंघल, तीनों निगमों के वित्त एवं मानव संसाधन निदेशकों के साथ ही उत्तराखंड विद्युत अधिकारी कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष मोर्चा के संयोजक इंसारुल हक, अमित रंजन, जेसी पंत, वाईएस तोमर, अनिल मिश्रा, संदीप शर्मा, सौरभ पांडे, पंकज सैनी, विनोद कवि आदि मौजूद रहे।

बैठक में ऊर्जा मंत्री ने यूजेवीएन लिमिटेड की परिचालन के अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन एवं विकासाधीन परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा भी की गई।

बता दें कि 27 जुलाई से संयुक्त मोर्चा ने 14 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर हड़ताल शुरू की थी। सचिव ऊर्जा और मुख्य सचिव से वार्ता विफल होने के बाद ऊर्जा मंत्री ने बिजली संकट गहराने पर मोर्चा संभाला था। मंत्री के एक माह में समस्याओं के निस्तारण के आश्वासन पर ही हड़ताल खत्म की गई थी, जिसजे बाद मंत्री मांगों को पूरा करने को लेकर सक्रियता दिखा रहे हैं।
