- सिंचाई एवं पर्यटन मंत्री ने 30 करोड़ 57 लाख की विकास योजनाओं का किया लोकार्पण
- अधिकारी पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं के मान सम्मान का रखें ध्यान, मनमानी बर्दाश्त नहीं
बागेश्वर। कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने आज जनपद में पर्यटन एवं सिंचाई विभाग की 30 करोड़ 57 लाख 34 हजार रुपये की विकास योजनायें जनता को समर्पित की। इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी और एसपी के कार्यक्रम स्थल पर न पहुँचने पर महाराज ने गहरी नाराजगी जाहिर कर मुख्य सचिव से बात कर दोनों का स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है। इधर, अफसरों की इस मनमानी से कई सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं।
पर्यटन, सिंचाई एवं संस्कृति मंत्री श्सतपाल महाराज ने ज़िले के गरुड़ विकास खंड परिसर में केंद्र पोषित स्वदेश योजना के अंतर्गत हेरिटेज सर्किट बैजनाथ में एक ओर जहां पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा किये गये 28 करोड़ 89 लाख रूपये की लागत से निर्मित पर्यटन सुविधाओं के कार्यों का लोकार्पण किया तो वहीं दूसरी ओर उन्होंने बागेश्वर में सिंचाई विभाग के द्वारा जिला पंचायत खुनौली की भूमि, आवासीय भवनों के साथ-साथ पुंगर नदी एवं उसकी उप नदियों की 1 करोड़ 68 लाख 34 हजार रूपये की बाढ़ सुरक्षा योजना का भी लोकार्पण किया।
लोकार्पण समारोह में उपस्थित स्थानीय लोगों व विभागीय अधिकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए प्रदेश के पर्यटन, सिंचाई एवं संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि भारत सरकार की स्वदेश दर्शन योजना के अंतर्गत हेरिटेज सर्किट में शामिल बागेश्वर स्थित बैजनाथ में इको लॉग हट्स, पार्किंग, घाट डेवलपमेंट आदि अनेक पर्यटन, सिंचाई एवं जलागम प्रबंधन की अनेक योजनाओं पर मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत जी के नेतृत्व में विकास कार्य किया जा रहे है।
महाराज ने कहा कि शिव सर्किट के अंतर्गत अन्य जनपदों के साथ-साथ बागेश्वर स्थित पौराणिक बागनाथ महादेव मंदिर को भी इसमें शामिल किया गया है। जबकि धौलीनाग व दूदीला के फैणीनाग मंदिर को नागराजा एवं गोलज्यू मंदिर सर्किट, कपकोट के मूल नारायण को विष्णु, राम एवं नरसिंह मंदिर सर्किट में शामिल किया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना के अंतर्गत वित्तीय वर्ष 2020 से 23 हेतु हर खेत को पानी योजना के अंतर्गत 34939.33 लाख की 422 नई लघु सिंचाई योजनाओं का प्रस्ताव वित्तीय स्वीकृति हेतु भारत सरकार को भेजा गया है इससे प्रदेश की 19524 हेक्टेयर सिंचन क्षमता का सृजन संभव हो पायेगा।
अफसरों को मंत्री ने फिर दी चेतावनी
महाराज ने विभागीय अधिकारियों चेतावनी दी विकास कार्यों किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होने स्पष्ट कहा कि अधिकारी पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं का सम्मान करने के साथ-साथ उनका फोन जरूर उठायें। लोकार्पण कार्यक्रम से पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने बागेश्वर स्थित पार्टी कार्यालय में भारतीय जनता पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं एवं पदाधिकारियों से मुलाकात कर उनकी समस्याओं पर तुरन्त कार्यवाही करते हुए फोन करके अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश भी दिये।
