देहरादून। राजीव गांधी पंचायती राज संगठन के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष प्रमोद कपरूवाण शास्त्री के नेतृत्व में कोरोना महामारी को हराने के लिये वृहद रूप में टीकाकरण की मांग की है। कपरूवाण ने जिलाधिकारी देहरादून को मांग पत्र प्रेषित कर कहा की भाजपा शासन में टीकाकरण जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य के लिए जनता को लाइनों में लगकर घंटों इंतजार करना पड़ रहा है, जो बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। उन्होंने कहा केंद्र और प्रदेश की सरकार ने करोड़ों रुपए वैक्सिंग के प्रचार-प्रसार में खर्च कर दिए, जबकि वैक्सिंग नाम मात्र के मुट्ठी भर लोगों पर ही लग पाई है।
युवा कांग्रेस के प्रदेश सचिव नीरज भंडारी ने कहा कि बालावाला, नकरोंदा, नथुआवाला, कुवावाला हर्रावाला आदि क्षेत्रों में 18 वर्ष से 45 वर्षों तक की लोगों को वैक्सीन नाम मात्र की लगाई जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब आज का आधुनिक नौजवान ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं कर पा रहा है तो आम आदमी के लिए यह कार्य बहुत मुश्किल साबित हो रहा है। उन्होंने मांग की कि बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के नौजवानों का टीकाकरण किया जाए और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों पर आसानी से टीका लगाने की व्यवस्था की जाए।
पंचायत राज संगठन के जिला उपाध्यक्ष सुनील थपलियाल ने कहा कि यदि शीघ्र अति शीघ्र टीका करण में तेजी न लाई गयी तो राजीव गांधी पंचायती राज संगठन जिला अधिकारी कार्यालय में तालाबंदी करने को बाध्य होगा। इस अवसर पर जिला सचिव दीपक उनियाल। गौरव सेमवाल आदि कार्यकर्ता भी मौजूद रहे।
