देहरादून। मसूरी विधायक गणेश जोशी ने सचिवालय में पेयजल सचिव नितेश झा से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान विधायक जोशी ने पेयजल सचिव को एक लिखित शिकायत की है, जिसमें उन्होंने उत्तराखण्ड पेयजल निगम के एक वरिष्ठ अभियन्ता द्वारा निगम के जल जीवन मिशन के एक व्ट्सऐप ग्रुप में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के विरूद्ध अमर्यादित वीडियो अपलोड किये जाने पर घोर आपत्ति जताई है। उन्होंने आरोपी अधिकारी को तत्काल सस्पेंड करने को कहा है।

विधायक ने पत्र में लिखा है कि उत्तराखण्ड पेयजल निगम के सरकारी व्ट्सऐप ग्रुप में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के विरूद्ध अमर्यादित वीडियो पोस्ट करना सरकारी कर्मचारी के आचरण के खिलाफ है। प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा देश में विकास के अथक प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। जल जीवन मिशन जैसी महत्वकांक्षी योजना के अंतर्गत हर घर तक नल पहुॅचाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह कृत्य किसी और ने नहीं, बल्कि वर्तमान में प्रभारी महाप्रबन्धक (प्रशासन) का कार्य देख रहे अभियन्ता द्वारा किया गया है, जो घोर निंदनीय है। उन्होनें कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन का कार्य देख रहे अभियन्ता द्वारा ऐसी अमर्यादित वीडियो सरकारी ग्रुप में पोस्ट करने से मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से आहत हूॅ।

कहा कि एक सरकारी सेवक द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री के विरूद्ध ऐसी अमर्यादित विडियो अपलोड करना कर्मचारी आचरण नियमावली का उल्लंघन तथा दण्डनीय अपराध है। विधायक जोशी ने पेयजल सचिव से ऐसे अधिकारी को तत्काल निलम्बित करते हुए इनका स्थानान्तरण दुर्गम कार्यालय में करने के साथ ही इनके विरूद्ध नियमानुसार विभागीय अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही करने को लिखा है।

इस दौरान विधायक जोशी ने सचिव पेयजल से मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा के अर्न्तगत कुठालगांव पेयजल योजना के लिए धनावंटन करने का आग्रह किया। विधायक जोशी ने बताया कि मसूरी विधानसभा क्षेत्रार्न्तगत वार्ड 1 कुठालगांव पेयजल योजना के सुदृढ़ीकरण के लिए जल संस्थान (उत्तर), देहरादून ने 171.23 लाख रुपये का आगणन बनाकर शासन को प्रेषित किया है। कुठालगांव क्षेत्र में पेयजल की अत्यधिक किल्लत है और क्षेत्रवासियों की ओर से बार-बार पेयजल की समस्या के समाधान के लिए अनुरोध किया जा रहा है।
