नई टिहरी। टिहरी जिले की प्रतापनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक युवा तुर्क नेता तेजी से लोगों की धड़कनों में बस रहे हैं। ईमानदार, सौम्य, सरल और उदारवादी व्यक्तित्व के इस युवा नेता को लोग पार्टी पाॅलिटिक्स से ऊपर उठकर बखूबी पसंद कर रहे हैं। बता दें कि यह युवा चेहरा कोई और नहीं प्रतानगर विकास खंड के ब्लाक प्रमुख प्रदीप रमोला हैं।

प्रदीप रमोला नाम के अनुरुप क्षेत्र के विकास को ब्लाक प्रमुख के रुप में ईमानदारी और पूरी निष्ठा के साथ आगे बढ़ाने में हाड़तोड़ मेहनत कर रहे हैं। ब्लाक प्रमुख के पद पर उनका अब तक का बेदाग कार्यकाल भी एक नई पहचान बना रहा है। बहुत कम समय मे क्षेत्र के युवा उनकी मुरीद हो गई है। बड़ी बात यह है कि उनके राजनीतिक प्रतिद्वंद्वी भी उनके व्यवहार ही नहीं कार्यों की भी सराहना करते हैं।

उत्ताखंड बनने के बाद प्रतापनगर विधानसभा की राजनीतिक पृष्ठभूमि पर नजर डालें तो इस विधानसभा क्षेत्र की राजनीति भाजपा और कांग्र्रेस के बीच घूम रही है। यहां से एक बार भाजपा और एक बार कांग्रेस के प्रत्याशी जीत कर विधानसभा पहुंचते हैं। खास बात यह है कि वर्तमान में क्षेत्र से जो भाजपा के विधायक हैं वह पूर्ण रुप से विस्थापित हो चुके हैं।

उनका मूल गांव कंडल झील में समा चुका है। जबकि पूर्व कांग्रेस विधायक का गांव आंशिक रुप से विस्थापित है। लेकिन आठ पट्टीयों वाले प्रतापनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में अबकी बार एक नए चेहरे के लिए परिवर्तन की हवा चल रही है। 20 वर्षो से विकास के नाम पर छली गई क्षेत्र की जनता युवा और ईमानदार चेहरे की ओर निहार रही है।

परिवर्तन की इस बयार का रुख कांग्रेस नेता और ब्लाक प्रमुख प्रदीप रमोला की ओर देख रही है। दरअसल वर्तमान भाजपा  विधायक और  पूर्व कांग्रेस विधायक को छोड़ दें तो प्रदीप के मुकाबले दोनों ही पार्टी में कोई बड़ा चेहरा नहीं है। क्षेत्र के बुद्धिजीवियों का कहना है कि निर्विवाद छवि के चलते विधानसभा क्षेत्र में नए युवा चेहरे के रुप में उभर कर आ रहे प्रदीप रमोला को आम आदमी पसंद कर रहा है।

उनका कहना है कि प्रदीप का शालीन व्यवहार, क्षेत्र में लगातार सक्रियता, युवाओं के पसंदीदा, नौजवान व बुजुर्गों के बीच गहरी पैठ ही उन्हें दूसरों से अलग करता है। ब्लाक प्रमुख के छोटे से कार्यकाल में ही वह विधानसभा क्षेत्र की आठों पट्टीयों में पहचान बना चुके हैं।

प्रदीप रमोला के पास भले ही बड़ा राजनीतिक बैकग्राउंड नहीं है, बावजूद इसके वह राजनीतिक धुरंधरों से कहीं से कमतर नहीं लगते हैं। छात्र राजनीति से लेकर वह युवा कांग्रेस के जिला उपाध्यक्ष से लेकर कांग्रेस पार्टी के जिला महामंत्री से लेकर बीडीसी मेंबर, ज्येष्ठ प्रमुख और अब ब्लाक प्रमुख के रुप में क्षेत्र की सेवा कर रहे हैं।

उनके पिता पूरण चंद रमोला भी पिछले लगभग 50 वर्षों से सामाजिक और राजनीतिक गतिविधियों से जुड़े हुए हैं। पूरण चंद रमोला ग्राम प्रधान से लेकर ज्येष्ठ प्रमुख, जिला सहकारी बैंक के उपाध्यक्ष, ब्लाक प्रमुख समेत कई पदों पर रहकर क्षेत्र की सेवा करते आ रहे हैं।

प्रदीप रमोला की लोगों को इस कदर चाहत है कि लोग उन्हें अब भावी विधायक के रूप में देख रहे हैं। कांग्रेस ही नहीं, अपितु भाजपाई भी प्रदीप रमोला के मुरीद हैं। इसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जाता है कि हाल ही में क्षेत्र में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में भाजपा के एक नेता ने प्रदीप रमोला के विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ने की पैरवी ही नहीं की है, बल्कि यदि वह चुनाव लड़ते हैं तो भाजपा के दो कार्यकर्ताओं को बतौर प्रस्तावक बनाने की भी मंच से घोषणा कर डाली है।

प्रदी रमोला के चुनाव लड़ने की इस अपरोक्ष घोषणा का कार्यक्रम में मौजूद लोगों ने भी समर्थन किया है। इस कार्यक्रम में खुद क्षेत्रीय विधायक विजय सिंह पंवार भी मौजूद थे। यह सुनकर वह भी कुछ देर के लिए सन्न रह गए थे। बाद में भाजपा नेता ने यह कहते हुए सफाई दी कि यह उनकी व्यक्तिगत राय है। उनके मन में जो था सो उन्होंने कह दिया। भाजपा नेता की यह अपरोक्ष चुनावी घोषणा लोगों के बीच आजकल चर्चा का केंद्र बनी है।

प्रतापनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में परिवर्तन के पीछे वर्तमान विधायक से क्षेत्रीय जनता की नाराजगी को जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है। क्षेत्र की जनता विधायक के कार्याें से खुश नहीं है। वैसे भी सत्ताधारी दल से जनता हमेशा नाखुश ही रहती है। क्षेत्र के मौजूदा परिदृश्य को देखकर राजनीतिक जानकारों का कहना है कि यदि कोई भी राष्टीय पार्टी प्रदीप रमोला पर चुनावी दांव खेलती है, तो उस दल की नैया पार लगने से कोई रोक नहीं सकता है।

जानकारों का यह दावा कहां तक सच होता है यह तो समय बताएगा, लेकिन इतना जरूर है कि क्षेत्र में इस बार परिवर्तन की लहर साफ दिखाई दे रही है। लोग यदि परिवर्तन के मूड में है और प्रदीप रमोला विधानसभा का चुनाव लड़ते हैं तो प्रदीप को सफलता ही नहीं मिलेगा बल्कि उनकी चुनावी डगर और भी आसान हो जाएगी।
