  • तीन-तीन माह में एक माह का वेतन मिलने से पेयजल कर्मियों में सरकार के खिलाफ आक्रोश, निगम में सेंटेज व्यवस्था खत्म करने को सचिव पेयजल को भेजा ज्ञापन

देहरादून। अधिकारी-कर्मचारी संयुक्त समन्वय समिति के प्रांतीय पदाधिकारियों की देहरादून में सम्पन्न हुई बैठक में कई प्रस्तावों पर चर्चा की गई। बैठक में मांग उठाई गई कि पेयजल कार्मिकों के पिछले 3 माह का वेतन नहीं मिलने की समस्या पर गहन विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से यह निर्णय लिया गया शासन स्तर से सेंटेज और गैप की फाइल निस्तारण में समय लगने के कारण वेतन में लंबे समय से विलंब होता आ रहा है। कार्मिकोंबको प्रत्येक माह की 1 तारीख को वेतन मिले। इसके लिए कोषागार के माध्यम से वेतन व्यवस्था की जाए और सेंटेज व्यवस्था समाप्त की जाए।

बैठक के बाद समन्वय समिति के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने प्रबंध निदेशक वीसी पुरोहित से मुलाकात कर उन्हें मांगों से सम्बंधित एक ज्ञापन सौंपा। साथ ही उनके माध्यम से पेयजल सचिव को सम्बोधित एक मांग पत्र भी प्रेषित किया।

ज्ञापन में कार्मिकों को प्रत्येक माह की 1 तारीख को वेतन जारी करने, साइंतेज की व्यवस्था समाप्त करने, जल निगम-जल संस्थान का एकीकरण जल्द करने और कोषागार के माध्यम से वेतन रिलीज करने आदि मांगें शामिल हैं।

कर्मचारी नेताओं ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में पेयजल के एक विभाग न होने से जनता को इसका पूरा लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। जल जीवन मिशन समेत तमाम जन कल्याणकारी पेयजल योजनाओं में उत्तराखंड अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में पिछड़ रहा है। इसका मुख्य कारण यहां पेयजल के कई विभाग होना है।

इसलिए पेयजल सैक्टर में उत्तराखंड को अव्वल दर्जे का बनाने के लिए यहां भी दूसरे राज्यों की भांति पेयजल का एक ही विभाग बनाया जाय। उन्होंने मांग की है कि जल्द से जल्द जल निगम और जल संस्थान का एकीकरण के साथ राजकीयकरण किया जाए। ज्ञापन में यह भी मांग की गई है कि राजकीयकरण होने तक पेयजल निगम कार्मिकों को कोषागार से वेतन भुगतान शुरू किया जाए।

इस दौरान प्रबंधक निदेशक ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को अवगत कराया कि कार्मिकों के वेतन के लिए 13.25 करोड़ की पत्रावली का अनुमोदन मुख्यमंत्री ने कर ली है। शीघ्र ही इसका शासनादेश जारी हो जाएगा।

प्रतिनिधिमंडल में मौजूद कर्मचारी नेताओं ने बताया की प्रबंध निदेशक ने कोषागार के माध्यम से वेतन आहरण की मांग पर भी सकारात्मक निर्णय कराने के लिए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया है।

प्रतिनिधिमंडल में समिति के अध्यक्ष जितेंद्र सिंह देव, महान्तरि विजय खाली, अधिशासी अभियंता एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष इं. प्रवीण कुमार राय , महासचिव इं. दीपक कुमार मलिक, सहायक अभियंता एसोसिएशन के महासचिव इं. सौरभ शर्मा, डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर संघ के अध्यक्ष इं. रामकुमार, महासचिव इं.अजय बेलवाल, धर्मेंद्र चौधरी, ईश्वर पाल शर्मा, इं. एन एस रावत, इं. भजन सिंह और लक्ष्मी भट्ट आदि मौजूद रहे।
