देहरादून। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के सलाहकार धीरेंद्र पंवार और मीडिया सलाहकार रमेश भट्ट के कौड़ियों के भाव जमीन खरीदने और बंजर भूमि में आबादी दिखाकर नदी पार जाने के लिए सरकारी बजट से पुल बनवाने के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट नैनीताल में याचिका दायर की गई है। याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले में प्रदेश सरकार को 3 हफ्ते में आपत्ति दाखिल करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। साथ ही याचिकाकर्ता को भी ठोस सबूत पेश करने को कहा है।

उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति आरएस चौहान एवं न्यायमूर्ति आलोक कुमार वर्मा की खंडपीठ में वरिष्ठ पत्रकार उमेश शर्मा की जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई, जिसमें कहा गया कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के पूर्व सलाहकार धीरेंद्र पवार और मीडिया सलाहकार रमेश भट्ट ने अपने पद का प्रभाव दिखा कर देहरादून रायपुर में करीब 50 बीघा भूमि कौड़ियों के दाम में खरीद ली थी। जिसकी कीमत महज 40 लाख दिखाई गई है।

उन्होंने देहरादून की बंजर भूमि पर आबादी दिखाकर वहां नदी पार करने के लिए सरकारी बजट से भारी भरकम पुल बनवा दिया। जबकि उस स्थान पर कोई आबादी ही नही है। इस पुल पर लगभग 7.50 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किये गए। यह पुल लोक निर्माण विभाग ने बनाया।

मजे की बात यह है कि इस पुल का काम डेढ़ साल में पूरा किया जाना था, लेकिन यह कार्य एक साल से भी पहले पूरा कर लिया गया। आमतौर पर देखा गया है सरकारी निर्माण कभी भी तय समय मे पूरा नहीं होता है। हर पब्लिक वर्क दो से तीन गुना समय लग जाता है। यह ताज्जुब की वात यह है कि यह पुल कैसे छह माह पहले पूरा कर लिया गया। इससे कई सवाल उठ रहे हैं।

अब इस मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए उच्च न्यायालय नैनीताल ने प्रदेश सरकार को 3 हफ्ते में आपत्ति दाखिल करने के निर्देश दिए हैं साथ ही याचिकाकर्ता को भी ठोस सुबूत पेश करने को कहा है।
