आनन्द वर्धन राज्य में सुलझे हुए, गंभीर और सटीक फैसले लेने वाले अफसरों में शामिल हैं। पिछले कुछ समय से वह किनारे चल रहे थे। उधर, जल्द जनपद में तैनात डीएम और एसएसपी के तबादलों की सूची जारी होनेे की है। लिस्ट पर होमवर्क लगभग पूरा हो गया है।

राज्य के युवा सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने नौकरशाही की ओवरहॉलिंग के साथ ही योग्य ईमानदार व वर्क ओरियंटड अफसरों को तरजीह देते हुये अहम तैनाती देना शुरु कर दिया है। राज्य में मुख्य सचिव के पद पर एसएस संधु के बाद सीएम पुष्कर ने अपनी टीम में बतौर एसीएस आनंद वर्धन पर भरोसा जताया है। आनन्द वर्धन प्रमोशन के तीन माह बाद भी प्रतीक्षारत थे।

यही नहीं वर्धन बीते लंबे समय से लगातार अनदेखी सह रहे थे। सीनियर होने के बावजूद उनके चार्ज जूनियर अफसरों को दिये जाने के मामले भी सुर्खियो में रहे है। वर्धन ने आबकारी, गृह ,सिंचाई, वन,उच्च शिक्षा जैसे महकमो में शानदार काम किया है। अब सीएम के एसीएस बनने के बाद ये भी तय माना जा रहा है कि सरकार के निर्णयो में वर्धन अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे।
